Sometimes if there are no appointments for the day, they don't go into the office. They just stay home or do errands or something so it's best to call ahead. At least an hour or so before. If you just try and do a walk in, there might be nobody home.

That must have been Junko/Jennifer who greeted you. It's well advised that you call and make an appointment first as sometimes no one is there if no appointments are scheduled or they won't be able to see you if they have customers already scheduled. Make an appointment and report back to us brother Hinode. By the way, if Jennifer is unavailable, try April, I had a really nice time with her.

It could have been Grace as Hinode's description could fit her as well, except that she is younger than Jenn. Sometimes if Grace has a customer, Jenn will leave and go out to do some errands to give them some privacy. At least, that's what happened in my case.
