I've heard rumors that City Massage on 31st is reopen. Can anyone confirm this? If so, has the service level improved, stayed the same, or gone downhill? Stopped at Q Spa in Orland last night. Massage weak, short on time and finish mechanical. Too expensive for the experience. Will not repeat unless I read different reviews.
