Did not have any issues as with some reports I saw back in the day. Incall apt location was on a main drag, out in the open and busy which may be a little unnerving for some. Rooms were lived in and messy, bed was more of a parlor couch with light metal-tube frame but got the job done. Smoke smell but not that bad.
