You just need to know who they are. This is where really knowing your provider comes in handy. Owners would bring in substitutes during those periods. And like you said, the places that rotate providers in this area come mostly from Flushing. I think if I were to contract the virus, it's source wouldn't be the girls going to China (they'd already be done for a while ago) or being around other Chinese, but more likely fellow mongers, however many.
