Ended up going by Eva's today while running some errands. Decided to stop by on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Place is very clean. Two Asians (Chinese) working. Fairly young. I'm guessing mid 20's and not too bad. I picked MiMi. She spoke so softly I think that is her name.

From the way she asked for tips and took less I would think anything is available for the right price and is very negotiable.

Did 60 min, but was too long, no nonsense getting to the point. Was in and out in 30. Opted for 69 (very clean) then BBBJ with CIM and SW. Honestly best ever at an AMP. Plus they can move to the next customer quicker. This isn't my opinion it's what they prefer. Nonetheless I still do the hour.
