Sometimes into the evening. There is another street monitor, white male in sort of a pick-up truck, who parks in the evenings on north corners of Pulaski and Monoe. The latter is always stationed opposite a solicitous girl, which leads me to suspect that she is complicit. They don't seem to be LE, but I don't know if it is good advice to ignore them either.

She spends around him, but he has taken her phone before so I don't (and hope nobody else deals w / him).
