Your title says Powell recon, the place I replied on (and gave a searchable name: Qing Qing) is on Powell, aka US26, specifically 8201 SE, it's across the 82nd from BAMBŪ Desserts & Drinks (8001 SE Powell). That was my best guess based on proximity to "bamboo" drinks, Powell, and Hong Phat.
Regarding Chi Spa (that name is searchable in GMaps) or L&B, or whatever, the address is 324 SE 82nd.
