Just wondering if anybody would like to comment on when is the best time to get TO. One things I've been told is that close to the end of the month is better (because everybody is waiting for their check (welfare? When I get TO I want someone to spend the night (I like to fall asleep afterwards, not get up, get dressed, and take someone home. For me that usually means no day shift.

So please comment on your thoughts.

I am not a block regular but took a buddy down there over a year ago. His wife had died and he needed some relief. He got rid of the poison for a reasonable price. We sat and had a beer or two afterward, it was getting late, after midnight. The time you DO NOT want to be there is closing time. I had never been there that late. When they closed they kicked everyone out of the bar and on to the street in no time. We were literally herded out of the bar by the bouncers. When We got to the street there were cops everywhere with light towers. The street was lit up like midday. I was worried we were going to be busted, not sure for what though. Anyway, we made it to the car and got the hell out of there. Do not be there at closing time! Late afternoon, I hear, is the best.

I hear about a lot about places on the block but not Norma Jean's, anyone know about it? It was a hopping place years ago. Any intel.

Let me suggest that the best time for take out is 8:00 PM. That is the typical shift change and many girls are looking for immediate cash because they made almost nothing during the day. Get there at about 6:00 PM and find some candidates. Usually this means buying a drink or two and making date plans for 8:00. Even when these girls make plans at 7:59, they may still stand you up at 8:00.

Good luck finding one who will sleep all night with you. Most of the block girls need some sort of recreational medication and they can't last all night without a standard dose, especially if she has cash in her pocket. If she does agree to sleep with you, don't be surprised if you wake up during the night and find she is gone and so are your valuables.

I have had TO from the block on several / many occasions. In my limited experience what you get is hit or miss. I have had girls tell me that couldn't spend the night because "they had to get up in the morning. They had to get home to take care of the babysitter" . Or for any number of other reasons, and I expect that for at least 1/2 of them it was because they need to meet a certain need. I had one girl try to rob me once. We got to my room and she insisted that I pay her $$ for 1/2 hour. I did everything but laugh. I told her I'd take her back to the block but she insisted on calling security. Her BF (or pimp) had followed her to the hotel, but when security got there (since I'm a regular at that hotel), he drew her out onto the walkway of the hotel and I promptly slammed the door on her. (It cost me some grief, but no money). I've had others tell me that they'd spend the night and then when we'd finished they insisted I take them home at like 04:30. I make sure I never do business with them again. But in general the girls I take back to my hotel, I've let them get to know me a few visits and buy them a drink or two (never more) trust me enough to go with me and they spend the night.

You might say "Why would I take such a risk?" It's because I don't like a time limit placed on what I do. In a club that time limit is always there, enforced by the bartender / maid and the bouncers. If they spend the night, there's really no limit. As far as stealing from me, Other than clothing and toiletries I rarely have anything else of value in the room.

I rarely have tried at shift change because the day shift girls generally want / have to be someplace and won't spend the night.

So thanks for the reply Horsetrader. Any one have any other thoughts / experiences?

The Midway. Grab a cocktail, let them come to you. If any reasonably good looking woman walks in the door the chances are 95% that she's working. I've had some real good times with that strategy.

The violation was multiple instances of the same 2 dancers "performing overt sexual acts on each other while dancing".

I wasn't there but heard Lust, Chez Joey and Diamond Lunge all got raided.

BALTIMORE Three strip clubs in Baltimore have been busted in connection with a human trafficking case, local and federal authorities said.

The FBI and Baltimore police executed a raid on "the block" also known as Baltimore Street at 9:30 pm Thursday. The raid lasted well into Friday morning, an FBI representative said.

Diamond Lounge, Chez Joey and Lust were among the businesses raided, authorities said. There was no final count of the arrests, the FBI said.

Authorities said the joint investigation included the FBI, Baltimore City police and the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office.

No further details were immediately available.

Hello guys and girls. Will be heading to your fine city in 3 weeks for the fire convention and spend some time at the Block area. Are things going to be the same there as years past or will it change? Any info would be appreciated.

They tell me that the firemen are aggressive, arrogant, demanding, cheap and rude.

The ladies take enough scorn and malice from people who disapprove of their existence and do not visit these establishments; they do not need to be treated poorly by those that do. Ask your 'brothers-in-arms' to be a little nicer, if you would.

(But you do need to remember that the higher-ups in the city (in response to their "morals" want that to happen.).

As far as human slavery, that's been around in this country ever since there's been a problem with drug addiction. And instead of treating addiction as a medical problem, treating it, and watching the drug dealers go broke, we make the war on drugs a war by attacking the supply (with guns and imprisonment) instead of a war on the disease (with treatment).

So no, the block is not shut down (yet). I'm hanging around there this week. The girls are a bit hungrier (for drugs I imagine), but in and of itself that may not be a bad thing.

I know myself and my friends will be down the Block tomorrow through Saturday night to hopefully meet some fun attractive ladies. We come down every year and look forward to going to the Block. Another visit to one of my favorite clubs. Private rooms are now $50 per trip, up from $40 which was up from $30.

Lots of clients on Thursday, and about 12 dancers.

Saw a new black girl, Gabby. Tall thin and dark. She asked if I wanted a dance and I did. She asked if I wanted to do a room and I figured WTF. Paid the $50 up front. Usually dances are $40-$50 depending on the girl. We got back in the room and she asked for $200 no song count. I countered with $150 and we settled on $170. She wanted it in advance. In violation of TUSCL code I paid her. She took the $ to the back.

When she came back she started bitchin about not paying $200. Big turnoff for me. Plus mostly bitching and not dancing. I told her just give me $100 back and stop since we weren't getting anywhere.

She said ok to that but had to pay mgt for the time we were back there which was less than one song.

Then she disappeared.

I figured I was out all my $.

Went up front and she was in the office. She came out and said she would give me $60, which I took out of here hand. It was only $50. WTF again.

So I told bouncer Mike my tale of woe. To his credit he listened and didn't argue. The female manager also listened.

Then they gave me the other $50 back, as well as a free pass.

So I still lost out but management stepped up.

They said they can verify with cameras.

When she says people have ripped her off in the past, it's usually the other way around.
