I decided to give DC another chance as I've been slacking on the street scene. It's gotten so bad lately that some of the girls I would arrange meetings with in and around the city won't even meet now. Trying to avoid the streets until after elections as I believe the whole clean streets policy is back in effect. I'm actually waiting for "March of the Penguins" again this year. I hope that will be a gas and time saving experience for a few days. As always my carnal desires will probably get the best of me and I'll be hitting the streets in a few days.

I don't think the elections will help, this is an ongoing initiative that started a few years ago and is gathering steam. Will get worse before it ever gets better. Sat in a few meeting on the subject, and can fully understand the dark side of the business and why its being done. Can't really argue on that point.

Briefly, I am new to MD (MOCO). I moved from an area were shopping is new and all the groceries are awesome and upper management can't do anything because they were always a bunch of little noobs. Been interviewed by them many times and laughed at their inability to do damage. With that being said here are 2 questions I have.

First: what is upper management like in DC? I have no clue how it works being dc as a annex / district of?. Are they fierce and feisty and do they like to cause problems even when no direct proof of shoplifting in the grocery store?

And second: what is the best track for WSW? I only do WSW and don't do bws and rarely msw / hsw and definitely no transformers.

Note to: dsfw. I love your posts BTW would love to treat you to lunch / dinner / snacks / food / whatever in exchange for showing me the tracks where I can find my lovely WSW's . I LOL'ed so hard at your use of the word transformers I had to put my laptop down and chill ahahha! Classic stuff.

Got out about 4ish and 11th and K is busier than normal. A couple of new faces that I definitely will try to hook up with. Curvy blondish chick in a red dress and a pink top, black leggings. I'd say there was about 8 or 9 out tonight. A couple of unmarked car came thru harassing cars but no arrests. That's all I got for now.

Too obvious but 'street' looking enough to take a second look. Just like you waited and watched, lo and behold, couple of cars in the lot behind her zip tying guys up, mostly hispanic immigrants, and loading them into their squad cars. I don't have any real advice as to a long time monger it smells fishy, but for a newbie would be hard to explain why it smells bad.

I remember a couple years ago, two SWs were out, but something didn't seem quite right. They had tattoos, one older white girl and one younger black girl. Seemed like the older white girl was teaching the BSW the ropes, even had black management pull up to 'talk' to the girls. Something just didn't seem right and watched. There was a van in that old alleyway on 11th that is now gone kind of near the Hostel waiting to haul away mongers. I was pretty impressed with that one.

Hit the block about 5 and more action tonight with regulars out however there was some police activity on 12th but not track related. The two prospects from last night were out and now there's a third one, paisley dress I think, very curvy. That's all for now.

Couldn't sleep, so I decided to pay a visit to the streets for some sightseeing around 3-5 am. More and more I see the NY-WVa loop run rampant with imposters, although I did see a group of BSW being escorted by management down K st. Ducking the feds all night was a full-time commitment as they where out there in full force. Ran through 11th and saw the scene was bumping with 5 BSW and a pair of WSW. One of the WSW had some banging hips but was scooped up by a car behind me to my dismay. Before I headed home I rode back down WVa only to see even more trans-agents and a couple deplorable BSW. I hope to come back after elections so I don't have any enforcement issues to a pickup.

Decided to check the loop once more and found a BSW spinner that I deemed good enough to try out. Saw her hop out of a vehicle I've seen a few times in the area that I don't have any reason to believe is MPD so took that as a signal for game on.

She was very petite with dark skin, glasses and about shoulder length hair. Told me her name was Trish (sp?) and said she's new to the scene. I believe her as she seemed overly nervous even after the mutual show and tell. Additionally the CBJ which is my personal screening process was just enough to keep my joystick from going idle. Even with very liberal roaming north and south with manual entry it just wasn't getting the job done. I stopped her and was like look let's finish this with FS as her body type is definitely what I enjoy in SWs. Went from a 0. 5 CBJ to 0. 4 more for the finish, so I told her good luck with getting that and to GTFO of my car. She claims management has become very strict lately and will chase girls around causing a scene like the past few visits where they were acting up. Wish they'd cool it with that crap as it only attracts unwanted attention to the sport. Told her I doubt management is hiking up prices especially with business as bad as it's been lately. Either way I think this new young thing is trying to hustle a bit too much.

As others have pointed out, MPD was out and about. Also, there seems to be a few undercover vehicles in the alleyways that were being used quite frequently over the summer and female MPD presence. A few girls have warned me about this and have pointed them out. Not sure if this is a new ploy in maintaining the dwindling customer base or not, but never hurts to err on the side of caution.

As DI pointed out the elections might not be the only thing causing the down swing in DC. Plenty of locals are up in arms especially as management and several SWs are out when their kids are on the way to school. There's other issues too, but I'll maintain a hopeful optimism that DC picks up once more.

The game has changed. Most of these new girls are as smart as the girls in the past. Newer management are mostly PIOO (Pimps I Occupation Only) and have no real knowledge of the business and how to make money. And the reason we haven't seen any better quality might be because they get picked up the second they set foot. And if more girls from other cities (Atlanta, Detroit, Florida, etc) visited this area, they'd clean up LEO or not. DC has sadly become a sellers market.

So, went through on Tuesday and Sunday morning. Had some business to take care of in Baltimore so decided to see if the storm brought any changes to the low levels of activity on the way there and on the way back.

Tuesday: Rolled through the main zone around 0430 with no activity. Went back through other areas I've seen random SWs and still nothing. Finally went and tried WV / Trinidad hoping to find that one blonde WSW that I missed pre-Sandy. That was a waste of time as I only saw 1 person working that entire zone. By person I mean a non-mistakable man with a cheap wig. Decided to cut my loses after one final attempt at 3 different gas stations and still seeing nothing. Baltimore proved to be much more enjoyable.

Sunday: Not sure what's going on lately but didn't see anything to write home about on the way home. WV once again was a flurry of unwanted activity. Would be nice if the main zone had that many female SWs. I think I'll be sticking with known providers until proven otherwise. Hoping the street action improves sometime soon as the Asians are getting too pricey and it's not really worth it to drive all the way to Baltimore just for SWs (went there for other reasons and their street scene is value added).

First timer. Have been reading for a while and now I am ready to post. Hit Bladensberg WV NY 11 and K between 5:00 and 6:00 AM made about 3 loops. WV was quiet saw 1 BSW in blue jeans w / mgmt actually by the face looked like she may have had a stem. There were about 3 BSWs. 1 WSW and 2 LSWs mainly on 11th and K and then down to 13 th and back up to Mass. 2 of the BSWs were young early 20s and cute a little bigger than spinners but not thick. The WSW was on the bigger side had black fishnets on. 1 LSW was working the 1way road above in front of the hotel wanted to scoop her up but too busy. Pretty sure she was legit saw her get out of a car. Did not p / you anyone seemed to empty of LEO given my past ride throughs at that time. Did see one Leo in soft uni in unmarked sitting on the right back from bus stop on the right on 11th and K.

Not sure why so many where out this am after being dead for the last 2 weeks at the same time. Never did p / you as it seemed TGTBT and there was already getting to be a lot of traffic. Will check it out again and if same situation exists will sample. Did see a TS on 9th? Around 6:15 also saw a LSW walking 12 to K and back but she looked strange either a TS or undercover as it seemed someone in a car was watching over her a block back she had on orange tights and was dressed down compared to the other SWs and was working 1 street over and up towards Mass.

It's been pretty much dead and still is compared to how things can be when it's good. There's always a handful to be found here and there, but more there in recent times.

So decided to hit the spots Monday morning after very disappointing checks the past week. As the previous poster mentioned it's not anything worth the time and gas. Went and widened my search by a few blocks and checked some zones that have spotty coverage. There's been a shift in action for 2 different groups along with the Decepticons. It seems without high levels of management the katoeys have encroached upon what's been traditionally girl's only. Saw some LSWs who have been around and believe they've come to town for the elections. Vanessa, Erica, the $ LSW were all in attendance in addition to some WSWs who've seemed to become a regular fixture upon the streets.

Saw 1 new possible LSW or possibly a yellowbone. Either way this one looked pretty good with nice long legs, but not as tall as Nina. Was wearing painted on,"apple-bottom jeans; boots with the fur" and a puffy jacket. She had shoulder length light brown hair and thought she was a civilian until I noticed she was pacing between four corners around K a bit further southeast of the zones we're used to. Wanted to make the scoop with that one but by the time I checked the surrounding area for MPD she was gone.

MPD has unmarked cars in place by the hotels before 11 and one across from the BP. There was even a white Mercedes C class with a light bar parked off 9 which through me for a loop. Didn't see any real MPD movement happening anywhere except in Trinidad and WV where there was 2 cruising around. Saw one car zooming around the gas station there with siren going right before I headed for NY to check the dirty dozen once more.

Guess there was no "March of the Hos" this year as there hasn't been enough real activity to warrant it. I'm over at the Golden Arches off K and about to check the known spots. Let's see what fresh meat is at market today.

Went to provide polling for the working ladies of DC, but it was to no avail. Maybe they're all casting absentee ballots today? Only checked the main zone and a few blocks south. I saw 1 BSW and 1 WSW while driving around. I will continue to blame those who win political office for the current famine period. There was a great deal of MPD out and about which shouldn't be a surprise with their idea of Election Day coverage. Will things get better anytime soon, let's hope so. Maybe if we had a Pimp for mayor that ran the streets in order to obtain a monger utopia.

I remember a couple years ago, two SWs were out, but something didn't seem quite right. They had tattoos, one older white girl and one younger black girl. I drove the loop 3 times very slow when it was dead. I saw 1 LSW and 1 BSW on my 2nd time around, so on my 3rd time I saw them walk away from the loop and up K. I got desperate and tried to catch them before they disappeared for good. Traffic was getting very busy since the sun was rising. I began making wider circles around the loop to avoid our Uncles that had posted up shop at the local gas stop. So, I finally found one after getting stuck in traffic and followed her to the group as I tried to get her attention. It was in the busy area where they should not even be at. There was nothing secret about their location. It was just off our beaten path under a lot of light and attention. I should have kept on driving, but the little one took over.

Next time, I'll be safer.

The kid just doesn't belive in wasting bandwith on posts about how a monger drove around all night and got nothing. We mongers deserve results, not senseless babble.

The SW's are hanging out in a spot right outside of the loop. Closer to the old spot. I was out Tuesday and got a CBJ for. 4 from kiwi. Alright face, alright body. 4 on the civilian scale but there had to be 6-8 SW's of all assortments. They even stayed out until 7 this time. Look for new construction and you'll find the way.
