I tried to set up an appointment with this woman today, here's what happened. We agreed upon a time to meet, I asked for an address and never received one. When you see a picture of a girl that looks that hot, chances are real good that the pictures are not of the girl you'll be seeing. There is nothing worse than getting your hopes up for seeing the gorgeous girl pictured, then when she opens the door there is a cow standing in front of you. That's when the big head needs to take over and walks you out the door.

The least you could do is check the pictures to see if they are stolen. You seem to be thinking that these ads are all real. Just one look is all you need to suspect they were stolen.
