The byword is discretion...
...the only problem I see here is the definition of "discretion." I've done my part to contribute here, and this issue is the bane of this thread. I have a definition, SH has one, Dick has another, Ed another, and even the ignorant newbie you guys spanked last week has yet another... And we keep beating each other up when somebody gets in a snip about something somebody else writes.
At the risk of making my retirement seem like a last will and testament of the supermonger legend yada yada yada... Hell, if that is what is takes, take it any way that the bickering can stop for a while:
With all due respect to the strong personalities on this board, please FUCKING STOP IT. Here is the pecking order as I see it:

Every thread has a different discretion level. Obviously Strip Club takes more discretion than Street Reports - If you disagree at this point, stop reading now because you do not have the mental capacity to understand the concepts we are talking about here.
The senior member or members who WRITE the fucking forum must set the standard for their given thread. I.E. Until SH stops carrying this thread, and probably for a long time after, he is the undisputed El Gato of the thread. His definition of discretion is the biblical standard.
Other contributing members who wish to be a team player need to heed any PM or post made by SH requesting that they change the post. When I post something in error, I fix my post within minutes of SH's request to do so. I submit my will to him on this thread, others should fucking take a hint here.
If a member wants to control a forum on USG and ISG, the method is to partake in the hobby, report your findings, and build your creds one report at a time. Some members, such as industry insiders, seem to get recognition early, just a fact of life, I can trust Feaster is not a cop, which is half the battle here. Again, I hope this concept is not too difficult.
I do feel that Dick needs to take his issues with SH to PM. Dick, you are valued here as I have said many times both on this board and by PM, but you do not have the contribution credibility to tell SH that his post is an "outrage." BTW-I thought the report was outrageous in a good way.
May I rest in peace.

Gentlemen, Nice Guys & Bad Boys in the SC's
SH, again thx for the good advice and stories. Like Sean Connery said "Never say Never", so hope there's more in the future.
This question may be more for the few girls that read the forums, but 10+ years back when I lived in Tucson and frequented TDs East, I was a "nice guy" and to be honest just felt like a chump. You know, the guy who walks in and the girls know they can make some easy money, then leave him when he's out.
Now I play in a band in Phx, have friends and bandmates who date and have fun with girls who work the SC's, and it seems they like the "Bad Boys" best.
So... how does this work with the advise about being a Gentleman? (granted being a jerk and doing unwanted touching will get your face busted by the bouncer real fast)
thx for the advice,
HB
