I doubted the legitimacy of this post. I apologize- this is terrifying. I've eaten at this location a million times. There is no shortage of LV ambulance chasing lawyers that should be tripping over themselves to represent this poor women. Why hasnt the McDonalds worked been arrested? The worker gave this poor women a deadly disease (no matter how remote) on purpose to her and her family. Kudos to USA SG for allowing this post and good report.

I am renting an apartment at this time in the Summerlin area and was thinking of purchasing a home, Summerlin is nice but the home prices are a lot expensive. I did some research and for the money and land Pahrump is a great place to look / buy. Anyone on the board live in that vicinity? Just moved it here from Texas and was wondering where would be a great place to settle? I drove to the Pahrump the other day and it is quite small town and appears to be a quiet town. Did some research and they do have legal prostitution brothel over there chicken ranch and Sheri ranch. But services are top dollars. Anyone know if there are some providers there that does work independently? Or most are in the Vegas area? Don't mind moving there for the price of the home and land.
Anyway, any info is greatly appreciated.

There also aren't a lot of shopping options and I don't like the idea of making long drives to stock up every month. That's just me though. I think Northwest Vegas is nice. The bidding wars are a real turnoff during the home buying process, so you have to be ready to just sledgehammer everyone else's offer away.
As far as hookers go, I think I saw a couple of posts about Pahrump independents. I'm not planning to drive that far for ass though.

One thing I have notice the area by Blue Diamond is also convenient. I may look over there and a place called Southern Highland. Out of my price range but I can certainly put a down payment from the home I sold in Texas. Thank you all for the feedback much appreciated.

It is at 3000 ft altitude which is higher than regular areas of Las Vegas at about 1500 altitude which makes it 3-5 degrees cooler.
It is a safe area but without the excessive police Henderson is known for due to the inhabitants of Summerlin being much less violent than the East and Downtown areas of Las Vegas.
Few weeks ago I was dropping money at the BJ tables at Aria and took a break. It was around 8 pm and saw Maria Ho the poker player walking by herself. Damn, she is fine.
She was turning heads and even the married dudes we're locked onto her walking.
Would love to get her for 2-3 hours in my hotel room. I know she isn't in this lifestyle but I could dream!

I assume if you are on this site you like to have fun, not much to be had in Pahrump and that drive is no fun, especially at night. Summerlin is nice but Vegas is a strange town, there are pockets in areas that you would not expect that are really nice. Rancho Drive between the 95 and Sahara is a very nice area, some great homes there, some great homes in Spring Valley, west of Rainbow. There are some great neighborhoods near Tropicana and Eastern too. Lots of people will tell you to avoid the Eastside but drive east on Charleston until you get to Hollywood then look around, some incredible homes up there and a lot of them have incredible views that you would pay almost twice as much for on the westside of town. North Las Vegas has some very, very nice areas too. While these areas are not as nice as Summerlin and some of the surrounding areas may be sketchy, you will pay a lot less. Get a good alarm system, a dog and a gun, you'll be fine!
Man, honest advice, move back to Texas if the hobby impacts your decisions so much. Best hobby scene that I have ever encountered was in DFW and Houston not far behind (just more ghetto). I really do miss that Dallas stripper slide that would turn in to BBFS more often then not. And the property is so much cheaper. Brick house on 1/4 acre can be had for high 200's to 450 for a Mc Mansion depending on the area. Pahrump is a dusty shithole whose only redeeming qualities are the wineries and fireworks. Summerlin is nice but overpriced, especially with the hoa fees. Henderson / Green Valley area was Summerlin before 2004-2008. Still a very nice place with a ton of amenities. And easy access to the freeways and Boulder Highway if you are in to SW.
