Are full of shit. It's great in theory but unless you've seen a provider before, I'd say it would be a less than 10% success rate. Nobody will give names of course, so it's a convenient argument to have. It's almost a ploy to get dudes to demand to pay afterward. The providers availability will be better for them after rejecting the others who make that demand.

The food was less expensive than doing the full dining in menu and it was takeout only, but you got to say you finally had a meal from Alinea which would normally be out of your budget.

Zara at CLM is Alinea takeout relative to, say, Lacey Love who is equally hot, has a more open menu, but charges $700 an hour. Lacey Love is the full Alinea experience.
