Street walkers, Craigslist, and sugar baby sites (even STG on occasion) also often comprise these first two categories (pros and addicts -- addicts of money and addicts of substances). But they also comprise a third category -- "amateurs". That's the category I'm after. They require a lot of work and some wooing because they are not pros and they are not desperate addicts. If they have an addiction, it is often sex or companionship or love. They often don't host. They're mostly not in it for money, so your gift category ranges below don't apply at all. Nor do they have set time limits for dates. Of course, every girl likes to be pampered so each one will have a different expectation, but since they are amateurs they don't have much of a researched sense of what the "market" is. So, their expectations could be very low or very high and it's up to you to navigate and find the right fit for you.
