Sorry for the delay. Had a summer vacation, getting a school schedule worked out, and then has been undergoing physical therapy for a few weeks, so nothing has been able to be done yet on her end.

I am not trying to call you out or argue by any stretch but I truly do not have any messages from you in the inbox, and have sent them to you as of 7/1, 8/26, with another today.
