Saw Cary on P Saturday night around midnight, but the block was hot all over. LEO had several marked cars on the loop. Passed & went home.

Like Rob stated new britain right now is heavy with cops out on the look out. I was out late Sat night around 2 am and there was cops on foot standing between parked cars in the street by the curb looking into cars passing by I guess looking for seatbelts or SW's they know by face. Our friend LEO has been very visible lately, and it definitely seems there more of him and his friends around. This is going on every day. He's sometimes been wearing casual clothes and driving a dark, low-key Chrysler 300 (with tints I think) and wearing casual clothes lately.
