Its dryer there now than I've ever seen it. The old Angela was great, but the new one is too skittish. Yuyu is about the same, and likes to talk too much. I told them both no tip, and told Emily I would come back when they got new staff. This seems to be about every 6 months.

I have been to Lu's twice and I have had at good experience both times. Second trip I had more attention, and I will repeat.

They are having trouble obtaining a business license from the city, thus the closure, and will not be open for long unless they can get it.

Emily is back in China. Went by there today, and dealt with Angela. This place is a NO GO! At least, Angela is a No Go! Trust me, been there twice and dealt with her both times.
