These condoms have a skirt at the base to cover the pubic area, providing protection from herpes and genital warts.

Guys,
Scary news: A new superbug Gonorrhea strain is antibiotic resistant, making it the very first STD that does not respond to the drugs. Now, this sexually-transmitted disease.
Is on the verge of becoming a global health threat. In few months BBBJ and DATY could be out of trend! This can be more threatening than HIV. The new superbug strain of Gonorrhea is called H041. We will be the last generation to experience these oral tasks.
Have it safe!
I've tried the "mainstream" ultra thins (Trojan, Lifestyles, etc) and they're either too tight and feel like circulation is being cut or comfortable but too thick. Any advice on a good sensitive condom that fits a thicker girth?

Have it safe!
One reason it has got to this point is because of our shitty public health system.
It is more cost efficient to treat someone who may not have Gonorrhea than.
It is to test them to be sure that they have Gonorrhea. So public health providers have.
Been dishing out antibiotics over and over again to people who didn't need it in the first place.
Best thing to do if you enjoy barebacking is to not bareback girls who barebacks males from a low economic community.
These small and isolated outbreaks of resistant gonorrhea, LGV, and HIV all have one thing in common: they spread like wild fire in low economic communities.
Reason being is that poverty limits distance you can travel to find sex partners.
If you have 5 chickens in a box and 1 has fleas, all of you chickens are going to have fleas by the end of the day.
If you have 5 chickens on an 1sq. Mile farm and 1 has fleas, it's going to take a while for all of them to get infected.
And oral gonorrhea is pretty rare. This one normally clears up on it's own and is only a real threat if you are already immunocompromised.
Sadly, I've never seen a case of oral gonorrhea in an adult in all my years working in healthcare.
It normally shows up in children after repeated abuse insures that the infection sets in.
Here is the link the report that came out this summer: http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm6026a2.htm?s_cid=mm6026a2_w
Notice how the "outbreak" only happened in one area of the country: Westcoast.
And the vast majority of those infected fall into the group of men who have sex with men.
Keep in mind that these numbers are always higher!
The CDC never factors in the # of people who choose NOT to get tested and those who can't get tested (specifically the nation's prison population).
For those who still believe this is the zombie apocalypse of the sex world
I will be able to provided better details on how providers are handling the treatment of this tomorrow.
A question on the Cincinnati Board asked about STD risks from mongering. I posted this response there, but it really belongs on "Safe Sex" Forum:
Honest data is hard to come by because many are pushing a political position.
One STD is by far the most risky: HIV. You get it by direct blood exposure to the virus. This is especially a problem with abrasive sex (anal, forced vaginal) , but also HIV can enter through preexisting sores (herpes, syphilis, gonorrhea, etc) or any FS activity which might cause abrasion. It is a fool who does FS without protection for this reason. On the other hand, it is relatively difficult to transmit heterosexually without one or more of these risk factors.
BBBJ CAN transmit a number of STDs, especially gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, papilloma virus and even yeast. The difference from HIV is that these are generally curable. Care in selection of your date helps (are they clean or obviously not.). Over the years, I have never experience an orally transmitted STD, but it is certainly possible. In my youth, an unprotected one-nighter FS gave me Chlamydia (NGU: "non-gonnococcal urethritis"-presents exactly like the clap which I thought I had). Many of us accept the risk for BBBJ becasue of the obvious increased pleasure in flesh to flesh contact with her mouth. But it is not without risk.
Syphilis is rare these days, but recorded as "present" in Cincinnati. The problem with the clap is that more and more it is resistant to antibiotics, tho still, at this point, treatable. HPV immunization is available, and prudent monger's would get the shots.
DATY is problematic. First, let your nose decide. Even clean smelling is no guarantee, but is a start.
Hmm. I read interesting things you write here.
Anyone have an informed opinion on the risks of practicing FIV? Sometimes it's just irresistible during a high-contact stripclub dance or during an AMP visit. Granted, it's not like BBFS (my middle finger is indeed a little smaller than my dick) , but one wonders if there is actually a significant health risk which would suggest foregoing that activity. Thanks.

One could conceivably pick up HIV if you have an open wound. Other than that, I doubt there is much risk if you wash well before handling your own junk or sticking your fingers in your mouth.

I honestly wouldn't even want to deal with an agency that let's you go bare just because it's your money. You have to remember that it'd mean that they let everyone else go bare too, haha.

So I don't think it really matters after you've done all that, if you BBFS.
Just my opinion, I'm not a doctor, just my 2 cents.

OS
For herpes: yes, you can get herpes from kissing, DATY, BBBJ.
For HIV: NO, it is possible, but very very unlikely (.001%)
Why? The mode of transmission is different, HIV is usually not in saliva, and if it is, the viral load is extremely small on the other hand herpes can be transmitted by skin to skin contact.

OS
Even though all of those acts you mentioned involve the exchange of bodily fluids, the level of risk of catching something potentially deadly varies widely. The least risky from a monger standpoint would be kissing and BBBJ. I would say it's next to impossible to catch HIV with those two. BBBJ is alot more riskier to the provider especially if it involves CIM due to the fact that the gums are very susceptible to sustaining cuts and tears from everyday brushing and flossing providing an entry point into the bloodstream. DATY would be present the same risk to the monger since vaginal fluid is known to carry a high concentration of of the HIV virus. And, while BBFS surely presents a danger to the giver, it's much more riskier to the one on the receiving end.
Just a heads up that an unusually strong vaginal odor can be the sign of Gonorrhea. Could also be poor hygiene of course but better to be careful out there.

Since you're discussing the subject of STD's here's a bit of information that you may not want to know. If so, please turn away now.
I was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the head and neck (throat and glands) and given a year or less to live w / o very invasive and aggressive cancer treatment. When all was said and done the 98% most likely possible cause was from acquiring the Human Papalona virus from. You guess it. Oral sex. I got cancer from eating pussy. I took treatments for both and am now diagnosed clean.

HIV is more of the extreme, not very likely to catch. Unless of course you have relations with a "sick" person or a drug addict, basically a person who has a VERY low and weak immune system. HIV is like the common cold, by that I mean, they are both viruses and neither (supposedly) have no cure. And yes, the common cold can be deadly in the "right" person.
I've done some research in the past when HIV was supposedly a "pandemic" and found out that in reality, HIV was / is not as common as the media made you believe. HIV is man made, not naturally occuring. Yes, it is made by man, originally designed to be a (racial) bioweapon for Eugenics purposes. There is actually a very big conspiracy on this subject that is connected to big pharma, but that is another subject and I digress.
Bottom line, Herpes, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis and Syphilis are the more common STD's that most anyone could catch who is sexually active. And that is through any means, whether touching, kissing, DATY, BBBJ, CIM, COF, COB and BBFS, but more so through the exchange of bodily fluids. Fortunately, these diseases can be treated and / or cured. In the "right" person, they can be deadly. All I was trying to point was, if you're participating in kissing, DATY and BBBJ, you are basically having BBFS.
To each their own I guess, you are ultimately responsible for yourself. I for one prefer BBFS, but I am VERY, VERY, selective. .
Take care,
So I've been dabbling in this hobby for a while now, usually just HE's at the parlor, but on a recent trip I got a CBJ. The provider asked if I had a condom and when I said no she left and came back with a square of saran wrap or clear garbage bag. She performed about 5 minutes of oral then cleaned me up. I went home and showered immediately, but the next day I was having discomfort and felt like the the head of my penis was warm and maybe redder than usual. After a few days that subsides, but I can't tell if I'm urinating more often than before and if I'm just more conscious or my genitals due to anxiety. Two weeks after this I decide to go to a clinic and get checked out, I tell them of my experience and they do a visual examination and tell me everything is fine and a full blown test would be a waste of time and money. Now right after visiting I have a discomfort on the side of my penis. It seemed to last two days and felt like a dull pain, but it didn't really start until right after I left the clinic. I was told there was practically no risk in what I did yet I'm crazy paranoid. I've put off sex with the wife due to my paranoia so I guess I'm just wondering could anxiety be causing all this?
Yep, for sure, it could be anxiety and guilt. If you had something nasty most likely you wouldn't have any doubt about it. Like maybe smelly discharges and extreme burning during urination. You probably need a shrink, but whatever you do, don't get so tripped out and tell your wife until you know for sure.
The conspiracists believe that HIV was invented in a lab at Ft Detrick Md using DNA recombinant techniques. The purpose was to research ways to prevent and cure bio terrorist activity if ever encountered. To test the virus, the Army went to Haiti and victimized a few women. Cases rapidly got out of control and soon the African highway was full of the disease and in the US a gay carrier airline flight assistant spread the disease from Denver across the country to Atlanta. The Center for Disease Control could only track the cases because at that time it was not fully understood.
Now in 2012 alot more is known about HIV treatment and survival is improving. The gay population is alot smarter today, however, uneducated 3rd world populations continue to struggle with widespread HIV disease and death from all kinds of diseases. So is it man made or did the viral DNA naturally recombine to just pop up out of nowhere? Hmm.
George Bush senior (former CIA director) said on 60 minutes,"There are just some things that the public cannot know about".

The establishment media told us it came from chimps and it passed on to humans and blah, blah, blah. The research I looked into early on, came mostly from European health documents and most of the findings were inconclusive as to the origins of the virus. They could not confirm that the deadly strain originated from an animal and they could not confirm it came from a human. They DID confirm that it was not from nature! They already confirmed that most animals, buy nature, carry the virus, but it is a very subtle form of it, nothing that kills. The deadly strain that came out, have been mutated in a way that makes it grow (multiply) rapidly. So if you kill one, five or ten more replace it.
Over the years, including today, doctors and scientists are leaning more towards an artificial virus- aka man-made. There are documents that back that up and big pharma is involved! There was a major conference in 2010 about the HIV / aids virus and its true origins. Many doctors and scientist worldwide argued that HIV / aids is mostly a hoax and they had PROOF! It was / is a MAN-MADE (racial) bioweapon for a eugenics project.
Sounds crazy? Look it up! You can believe me or not believe me, I'm not concerned either way. Just realize that there is more going on behind the scenes than you're being told.

WoW,
Anyone been tracking Magic Johnsons HIV progression, or did it just fade away. Isaiah Thomas the basketball player knew something no one else did and probably was paid quite handsomely to stay mum. In the early 1990s, alot of politically motivated propaganda on the HIV dilemma was bouncing around in the US, so it was anyones guess what the facts were. I definitely enjoyed the refreshing science on the matter coming from Europe (Lancet) where the subject was not as politically charged as it was in the US. I did purchase a book from a wall street journal science writer called "the myth of heterosexual aids" by michael fumento. It was a refreshing read, but the last time I checked, the WSJ was somewhat right wing oriented. The gay community was and still is quite active to paint HIV as everyones problem, not just select subgroups. Government money was being held in the balance. But anyway, last time I checked, HIV is a very weak virus that needs a perfect environment to survive and can't survive for any substantial length of time without that perfect environment (rectum or direct blood). I still can't fathom the connection with metal to blood HIV transmission (intravenous drug needles) it just seems too much like a pinpoint target subgroup. Hepatitis on the other hand can survive outside the human body for weeks and still get transmitted without having had the hospitable environment to survive. Also, another two topics is sub-saharan africa scarification rituals spreading HIV and "haitian birth control" (BB anal sex). I would love to read from the enlightened USASG on those two topics. Also, it is not easy to avoid calling ugly names in a heated debate so if it goes on, it was really innocent, just difficult to avoid.

I agree that DNA naturally recombines, but you need to understand the context of viral DNA and genetic DNA that is contolled by chromosomal sexual myosis. Of course nature is not perfect, but what is the probability that a bird virus would combine with an immuno virus in nature? Nobody knows for sure, but given the behavior of scientists, we know that they are fascinated with cloning DNA genes and that good things and bad things can happen when playing with this material.
You probably already know that there are A, B and C types of virus that feed on humans and animals. You may be correct that HIV actually orginated from both natural and laboratory sources and it depends on which type the host gets will depend on its survival rate.

I don't really care to debate about something that essentially requires straight "A's" during fifteen years or so of hard math kind of schooling. Although I can only imagine this type of folk mongering SW's or posting on this board, as I do, I've witnessed very many of them die very long because of poor heath as of there drug addictions and long hours of work etc. I did, however, run across a JAMA article that proves to me that even the medical community hasn't the slightest clue about whether or not BB heterosexual vaginal sex causes AIDS. I wished they could stoop long enough to make analogies with BBFS and driving more cautiously without a seat belt. Who has a better chance of coming out unscathed. Anyway, who was that internist, who did the film, where he poured water through a tea strainer? He maintained that the HIV viruses were so small that they could easily travel through the lattices of a latex condom. He went on to explain, that the point was mute, in that HIV could be only be blood transmitted.
For the time being, I myself, can't see AIDS, as anything more than advanced clap. Cat leukemia, for instance, is an immune deficiency disease that has the same prognosis as AIDS but is transmitted, as clap is, from female to male and then symbiotically back to the female. It then goes from gram negative to gram positive and becomes as contagious as the common cold. Once enough of these virus type things are observed, one begins to see a pattern that viruses are nothing more than the byproduct of bacterial toxins and vice verse for the bacterial recombines.
I'm just wondering what one, who insists on BBFS, should do directly after sex and before. Since none of us are completely sure we're going to make it down the the road without having a head on collision, what should that same one do during an instance of BBFS? Were you to castrate a pig, what would you do before and after that surgery to prohibit an unlikely infection as it already stands in the face of reality? What should one do before and after vaginal BBFS to forever preclude any possibility of dying from AIDS because of it?
I do not understand why anyone would not use a condom using streetwalkers and / or massage providers. If they go bb for you I'm sure they do for others.

Condoms so disrupt sexual pleasure to the extent that there's no point at all in having it. At least it's this way for me and just about everyone I talk to including a lot of girls. I don't think one has anymore reason to wear a condom when that one has sex than that same one should wear latex gloves while eating or space suits while riding on public transportation conveyances.
We hear of instances where people come down with infections very quickly that were spread the same way the cold is. We later learn that the same person came down with a high fever, went to the ER and died before they could get fluids going. Another person might catch the same disease and do no more than go to his GP for a shot of penicillin and be done with it. Both examples, however, shared the same good health and lifestyles before illness struck. We have a thing called,"titer," that no one on this thread has even heard about, I'm sure. What can be fathomed, though, is the fact that SW's are usually less apt to have STD's than promiscuous teenagers. This is on the same order as titer from the standpoint how SW's develop bullet proof immune systems as far as STD's go.
A fair analogy would be the comparison of civilian cars with formula race cars as far as crash equipment goes. I maintain that the lattices of a latex condom will permit the flow through of any virus. Whether I have to wear a condom or not, I always clean up before and after fucking for the same reason I wear seat belts and helmets.

With this attitude, please stop having BBFS with anyone BUT SW's. Since I don't use them I could care less. Just don't go spreading crap around the non-SW's.
