Just a word of caution to everyone. Today Aug 1st is the start of the agreement with the city and the county to provide 18 extra deputies to patrol OTR and work with the task force.
This means an increased presence on the war on drugs but also means more traffic stops for non downtown residents and running everyone else including the gals off the streets.
Remember, if you get popped for picking up someone downtown your car is impounded, john school and big fines.

Not to project beyond the obvious, but, TV says these sheriff guys are patrollling 11 PM to like 4 PM... And (I am SURE) no one can spot a SHERIFF's car... ?? Sorry to be so sarcastic, but give me a break. These guys are patrolling at times that are EASILY avoided (Hello--is it so difficult to cruise in the daylight...) [Added 2 Aug 06: I got a PM from someone who has spoken with LE--some ofthe sherrif's cars will be unmarked--so my sarcasim may be misplaced...]
On the other hand--SWs are not STUPID.. They keep their eyes out. If you keep your eyes out, are friends with your SWs, and follow the rules (see below) everything will be copasetic...

So here is a mini-report of yet more of my adventrues and misadventures...
Cruised for almost 45 minutes recently at dusk. Looking for M*****a with whom I had a positive experience not long ago (see recent post). A dude (whom I now call "one-eye") at the corner of McM and Vine came up to my car, seeming to know me, "Who you looking for?" He said he had just seen M*****a, he'd show me. I let him into the car (mistake....) Driving around OTR--not here, not there, not over there. Finally, I say hey--I gotta go. He says I have taken a lot of his time, and he needed something.... I have my monger's wallet on me--0.2 and a couple 0.01s. I say, OK--here is 0.02. NO--he gets 0.04... is adamant. He points to his absent L eye--"This eye was shot out-- Don't mess with me..." He reaches suggestively into his R pocket. I tell him all I got is change and the 0.2 for mongering. "You owe me 0.02 more!" I give him the pocket change. We have arrived back at the convenience store at Vine and McM again. I stop and say "We are done, get out." He is not moving. Another brother walks up, he says "I'll make you change so you can give him the rest of his 'fee.' Give me the 0.2."
I don't THINK so. Just at that point, who walks up but M*****a in a black outfit with white trim around the sleeves and shorts! One-eye says "See--I told you I'd find her..." But at that VERY moment, a cop car whoops behind me--we are blocking the turn lane. Melissa is out of there like a flash, I pull forward. One-eye is still in the passenger seat. I say, we are done. Either get out, or I am taking you on a long ride out of the city. He says fine, let's go. When we turn onto Liberty, heading for the expressway, he finally says, OK let me out here.... Newest lesson--don't pick up a dude who will "help" you unless you know him FOR SURE!
Rid of him, I circle back to look for M*****a, with no luck. I give up, heading out of OTR. At the intersection of the Shell station, a woman comes up from the convenience store--can you give me a ride to Court St? She doesn't look THAT bad--OK... Kelly is probably late 30s, short, says she give great "slobber knob."
Bottom line--for my remaining 0.2, I get 1/2 and 1/2: 1/2 BBBJ, 1/2 HJ... Sheesh. "I never catch, no matter what the fee, makes me vomit..." Tonight, it is more misadventures rather than adventures..
I have had better cruising, to say the least.

I CAN CERTAINLY TELL YOU, WHEN GAS PRICES ARE HIGH I DO "ALOT LESS" CRUISING, and START CALLING SOME OF THOSE INACTIVE SW NUMBERS, to see if they now have minutes. I got LUCKLY only a few times, NOT often !!!!
AND, with all the LE out, it is getting hard to find sometime decent, so one must cruise for a longer time, and even with GooD MPG's that is still a lot of wasted gas.
ADD, to all this the WHOLE HASSLE FACTOR .....and CRUISING is becoming NOT worth the time, patience, and effort. You get LE overload, SW that need a Distemper Shot, someone getting to that decent one #5 second before you did, and the Cops making BOGUS Stops, then the whole issue of the Clean Up of the area, it is even making me rethink everything.
I mean on a BAD night/day you can easily burn up 2-5 gallons of gas looking.
NOW that may not sound like much, but if you add it up over time, that can equal to some money. The Exxon Executives can NOW afford the $1000 an hour call girls on our money.

OH HEEELLLL YEA !!!! So, I will be missing out, untill gas price come down to what I deem as to an affordable price. I still keep a lens out for the Diamonds in the Rough, but for everything else, I will be reading your POST.
BY THE WAY, I AM FINDING GREATER LUCK IN THE NONE TRADITIONAL, MORE OUT OF THE WAY AREAS OF OTR/WE. AREA WHERE THE SW's LOOK LIKE THEY AE JUST A PART OF THE CROWD. NOT MANY OF THE SW's ARE SMART ENOUGH TO FIGURE THAT OUT.

I heard a radio report yesterday that the vice squad had multiple decoys out in OTR yesterday, and that "a couple dozen" Johns were busted, and had their vehicles confiscated. Anyone got the hard facts on this? I HOPE no one from this board was affected. We are all interested to know whether those busted followed the rules for mongering:

In particular, did they follow rules 2 through 6:
2) Be VERY cautious if the "SW" on the street looks TOO good i.e., in Cincinnati, they DON'T dress in stilettos, leopard prints, or other obvious hooker outfits. It smells of a sting.
3) Do not call attention to yourself by making a show out of the stop (no U turns, no flagrant traffic moves). Pull onto the next side street and let her come to you. Alternatively, go smoothly around the block, having caught her eye.
4) When you pull up, be willing to drive away if your close up impression of her through the window is not good. (Sores, too thin, wired, dirty & stinky, sullen or "dead" eyes? SWs are NEVER as good as your first impression driving by...) Tell her you thought she was someone else.
5) Ask her if she needs a ride. She should say "Yes" and hop right into the car. Do NOT negotiate through the window. The monger's acid test is that LE stinging decoys will NOT get into the car. Please: if anyone knows differently, let us know. [A Senior poster I respect PMed me that he heard personally from a cop that decoys MAY get into the car, but neither of us has heard specifically of it happening. If you have PLEASE post it.] If she insists on negotiating through the window, tell her you thought she was someone else, a friend, and split. Watch out for tailing LE.
6) Once she is in the car, DO NOT immediately talk about what for how much! Ask her if you can get a feel of her bare breasts (LE would NEVER allow this--even if she DID get in th car...). She may grab your crotch to ensure that you aren't LE. THEN get a crystal clear understanding of exactly what you want (covered or no, catch or no, swallow or no, etc) and for exactly how much (plus tip if satisfied). Extensive bargaining is a warning flag of a troublesome SW, and another reason to turn her out. And--immediately get the hell out of the pick up neighborhood--I was once stopped by LE because he recognized the SW I had in the car.

I was otr last nite and seen the sting going down at walnut and liberty. I also saw some suspicious looking sw's at elm and mickmick and 12th and walnut. The one at 12th and walnut sitting on the bus stop bench asked if I wanted some company as i pulled up at the light and checked her out but I declined because she didn't look good. this was around 730pm last nite. The sws that they used for the sting at 12th and walnut werent very attractive either. It seems you have to be as careful with the good looking ones now as with the ugly ones in otr. Covingtons been a much better as far as action goes latley. Recently picked the famous Monica up over there . In case no one knows who she is its the one who accused the bengals player chris henry of rape.Then got arrested for filing a false police report. She's a good looking young girl who I've never had any problems with though and gives a great bbbj . I guess she saw some big dollar signs with the football player and tried to exploit him. Anyway I have digits on her if anyone wants them.

I'm from Salt Lake, but I happened to come across your post and wanted to respond. I don't think it's done very often, but in Salt Lake every once in a while they will do busts with decoys that actually get into the car. It works this way: the decoy will be walking down the street and there will be a couple of older cars that will slow down and look at her or even stop and talk to her through the window and then drive off. The drivers of these cars appear to be mongers. An unsuspecting monger then stops and picks the decoy up and they drive off. Meanwhile these two older cars are still driving up and down the street. I guess when the right words are said the drivers of these two older cars flip on their hidden red and blue lights and pull the unsuspecting monger over. In addition, there would be marked police cars parked a couple of blocks away that would also drive up and assist in the arrest. The process seemed "labor intensive" so I don't think it's done very often, but I wouldn't assume all is safe just because someone gets into your car. (My first post and I didn't even post it in the Salt Lake section!!)
Hey folks--call me paranoid (I'll admit it), but it seems more than coincidence that Attorney General "shmuck" Gonzales visits Cincinnati's OTR in the SAME week as dozens of mongers are busted in OTR, and their vehicles confiscated. Anyone have direct confirmation that this is a federally funded campaign?
Keep your antennae out for bits and pieces--I think Bush and his neo-cons are trying to get press by busting mongers and SWs--easier than busting dealers...

Holy Mackeral! OTR was absolutely CRAWLING with sheriff's cars today when I made a trip into Findlay Market. Among others, they were parked in the lot just past the church on McM--giving every car that passed a serious eye. Patrols everywhere. The strolls were totally empty except for one possible SW on Elm (even the dudes had deserted many of the corners). I had never seen this SW before, and she, in her cuteness and curly hair, eagerly motioned to me with her finger to come to her. I elected not to stop under the circumstances.
OTR is VERY hot these days. Best to be extremely careful--and better to cruise elsewhere for a while--if you have an elsewhere. Who else has reports to make?

and the Laws have changed here almost a year ago. I posted the change and we speak about it. It is not often done that way, because it does put the DECOY in direct danger, but it can be done. The decoy can even touch you and show you whatever. I is very close to entrapment, but who has the Time and Money to fight it. The ACLU is busy with the Patriot Act. Walnut & Liberty are the favor places because the area can be more easily secured and open, in case something happens.
I you don't see the Fags out, look for the Stings/Decoys. Fags will normally clear the area, when decoys are out, especially in their regular areas.

A friend of mine who does not want to post on the board related this story to me:
He said he had a problem with old one-eye (known on the street as "Patch"). (See a previous post of mine in which I had problems with the same dude.) Walking along the park on Findlay near Vine, "Patch" and his posse were hangin'. "Patch" acts like he knows my friend. My friend decides to grease the wheels, and offers "Patch" a dollar. Within seconds, one of the brothers, slick as a whistle, is into my friends pocket and lifts his wallet! A scuffle ensues, at the end of which a sherrif's car pulls up!
The thief is searched, but no wallet (presumably passed on to another of the posse.) But... he is in possession of a crack pipe. (dumb)
"Patch" tells my friend, in front of the cops "You shouldn't have shown your paper!"
The lucky part of this story is that my friend had taken my advice, and carried only a monger's wallet, with 0.25 and a condom, so it was not a great loss.
What IS the bottom line? Adhere to the monger's wallet advice, do not engage with gangs of dudes on the street, and especially:
LOOK OUT FOR 'PATCH.' He is bad news. I spoke with a trusted SW and she said he is serious bad news--deep into violent crime in OTR...

Picked up a lightskin black girl named RED the other day. Petite with curly hair and a really pretty face. Did the usual LE check but was running short on time so didn't get further but did get her digits. Does anyone else have info on this girl I didn't know if she was real or not because she was so nice looking. Found her around 16th and Garrard. Any info or has anyone else experienced her before she looks about early 20's. Had to report this because I think this is the same girl that used to be downtown on Race and Elm. I have her number but not sure if I should use it.

I haven't had much luck on the chat lines lately, and my last AMP experience was lackluster, so I decided to work the citybeat ads a little the past couple weeks. Saw two girls Erica and Candis- and both were impressive.
Candis has been around along time, I recognize the number from her ads from as far back as last year, but just saw her for the first time. She was a little discourteous on the phone, but went ahead and scheduled me in. She has a decent place way out by Eastgate, so it seemed safe from the get go. She was actually much friendlier once I got there, and gave a nice massage. Typical massage ending, all for a buck sixty. She says she is 34, but I'd guess closer to 44. Big fake titties, nice tight ass. Overall, I'd give the experience a 8.
Erica has an interesting system set up. You call the number in her ad to listen to her recording, and then you call a different number to schedule. She had her own place in Hyde Park, and was very friendly throughout. Her fee is a buck eighty, but I'd say it was worth every penny. She says she is 26, but I'd put her in her 30's. She has a tight body, awesome hands, and the ambience was relaxing. I'd give her a 9.
For those that have seen Kelly and liked it, I say give Erica a shot. She isn't as young or cute as Kelly, but the overall experience is that much better.
For those of you who have had successes like this with other girls, pm me. For all the times I've reported on rushed sessions or rip offs, it'd be nice to get some good tips back.
I find it very hard to believe that decoy would grab your dick or let you feel their tits. Most girls consider this to be molestation and their is a mental stigma that comes with this. Furthermore any police department that allows this is leaving themselves wide open for a lawsuit.
Decoys getting cars:
While it's possible, this is also hard to believe. Since prostitution is only a misdameanor this is why most they don't put resuources into stings and such. I have seen where the decoy will get in car and they bust him before the car has left. In the end it's important to keep up on new police tactics.
Wow... A tour through OTR earlier this week turned up ONLY R***** who was not actually working, but she jumped in my car since she knew me...
I mean ziltch. This was during the day, a time I usually cruise and would expect to see 4-6 SWs (mostly NOT keepers, mind you) on the whole circuit. R***** said that LE has been relentless. Tho they are not necessarily picking up girls, but they are hastling them, and telling to get the hell off the streets--not even allowed them to walk, let alone stand.
Makes you wonder how much $ is being spent on suppressing this victimless crime. [Victimless??? Hmmmm... Actually--R was recently severely beaten by Leonard (her 'keeper" = butter provider). Would love to see HIM taken care of... She had a black eye, possible broken rib, difficulty breathing and moving, etc.]
So... Unless you have sharper eyes than I, or go at different times of day, pickings are slim in OTR. I would again ask if boardsters can suggest other areas to cruise?

I notice that Indianapolis is also experiencing LOTS of LE, but Dayton seems quite active on the SW front.

For the last 6 weeks or more, I've cruised through OTR to see and learn what's happening in the area. Guys it's not good for mongering. The risk are high in getting caught. What I say is based on every time I cruise through ORT and I see a bust going down, cars being towed, and SW's being arrested.
Last Saturday night (Sept 2nd) after midnight, I was driving on Elm St. headed to McMicken when I spotted a Sheriff cruiser parked on Henry St. between Elm and Race. As soon as I got to the light at McMicken and Elm the cruiser came around and pulled over a red truck that was behind me. I was very curious and drove around the block to get a close look. The red truck did something when I drove by the first time. I think he came around from Henry St. and Dunlapp St. The guy in the red truck was out of his truck going through the arrest steps. Poor guy. I wonder if he reads this board?
While this guy getting arrested, around the corner are about a half dozen transsexuals waving to everyone and drawing any attention to themselves. Go figure.
HEY LE how about busting the tyrannies. Get rid of them or pick them up and drop them off at the "Dock" nite club.
Every time I cruise this area I seen SW's and mongers being arrested. One day the Sheriff had two BSW and One WSW standing by a large Red pickup truck (Decoy LE) with their hands cuffed. All three were the ugly ones we all seen in the area. Tow weeks ago I saw another SUV being busted at the corner of Dunlapp and McMicken next to the park fence. I can go on and no but the point I want to make is this area is high risk! And the Sheriffs are all over the place.
STAY AWAY from this area guys. Pickings are next to zero and high chance in getting bagged by LE.
There are a few girls around in other areas that I will be glad to share through PMing but none of them I want to pick up or just to risky because of where they hang out.
Watch out guys for a possible decoy on McMicken and Race St. She tall about 5'-8" 0r 10" with black hair to her shoulders, thin built looks to be in her thirties. As I mentioned before--even if you KNOW the SW, if the cops know her, and see her in your car, they will pull you over and hastle you and her. In the current circumstance, I think LE may well stretch the law, and bust you even if you just TALK with a decoy. Any info on that?

Been cruising OTR the last few weeks and would agree. Very HIGH LE.
The few times I have seen any girls they have been way subpar and not worth the time.
One positive encounter.
Picked up "kiwi" last week. Shes blonde, prolly mid 20's, pretty good looks and body for a SW. After a few minutes of talking realized I had picked her up a few years ago. Picked up a WSW who was a cute redhead in her 20's with a nice big rack. She was friendly at first but was very nervous when it came to the deed. Hi Giani. Yes. Every once in a while I'll read the Cincinnati board. It's been a while since I was last in the 'Nati. I made the move and I'm loving it. I haven't mongered in a long while. Which by the way there is hardly anything about MP or Craigslist or CallGirls on this board. It's all OTR mostly.

Sorry to have gone "dark" on things. I used to travel a lot through Cinci and just don't do it anymore. It was (and could be) my favorite city. Nice girls, good choices and just across the river another stroll where I also did VERY well.
I will never forget (uh, duh...I guess I do forget her name) a cute little blonde I used to catch. Picked her up on Liberty, then other times had her digits and her apartment, used to go up north along I-75 to some place. Really cute, very GFE.

I have never complained about CL pix and the like being posted, only pix which are ripped off the web and posted as if the poster took them. Indeed, Jackson now expressly permits professional pictures of escorts to be posted. I have pasted Jackson's new picture posting rules below.
It STILL is a good idea to specify from where the image originated. Also--does anyone have a problem with mentioning CL? If there IS a problem, then LOTS of folks have committed that error. I am interested to hear of ANY CL activity locally--usually the posts I see are in LA.

That's funny that "Jasmine" has been around, I think she is now going by Kristy. Although she admitted to me that she was a dancer, she made it sound like her recent activities were a new thing for her. In any case, I saw her at her place twice in past few weeks, but I think she has now left the state. She is alot of fun, so it's a shame she is gone already.
