I had to get help to reset my password. Even with the new password, sometimes I get logged in, sometimes it tells me I have hit my 5 attempt limit and to wait 15 minutes.

I suggest you go back and start from the beginning. There are some early posts that are pretty detailed and will break it all down for you.

I had intended to leave reviews for Aura123 and doublesundae, but both ended up becoming nonresponsive before we could finalize a booking proposal.
