This is more of a warning to all you cats. Tonight as I was taking my Rottweiler out to Gandy for some water action I decided to take the tour. If you travel over off 37st/52ave N be really careful at the stop sign. The D-boys that work out of the alley in that beat up old trailer that I figured the cops would have nailed them by now-- well they are worse than ever. These schmucks stepped right off the sidewalk in front of my truck and the side of me. Well I was like this is gonna be fun the dog started growling at the dude at my window. I honestly thought they wanted to car jack me. But thankfully my 151lb Rott is a real mean SOB to people he doesnt know.

They moved quick when they found out I had a nice doggy for company. So just be real careful in this area as the punks are going to rob somebody since they are all cracked out anyway. I noticed about 2-3 white guys and like 3 black guys and 2 white chicks. So theres a few of them over in the alley and in front of the house.

Just a heads up and be real careful if you travel this area.

If you mean her, I have never personally had the pleasure. I can say though that she has been using the same photos for at least 10 years.

I called her years ago because I was interested like 8 years ago and she was pretty rude on the phone with me when I asked about her hair color because she was posting pics that showed it more blonde.

So I decided she wasn't worth my time.

You're right about your vehicle being an excellent defense/weapon. Even when I park with a chick, my van is still running just in case? I wouldn't think twice about plowing someone who sneaks up on me. Except Leo! Of course, you've have to have your doors locked and a back up plan as well. You NEVER wanna lose control of the situation.

To fight police abuse effectively you need to know your rights. There are some things you should do, some things you must do and some things you cannot do. If you are in the middle of a police encounter, you need a handy and quick reference to remind you what your rights and obligations are.

That's why the ACLU is making these tips available as a downloadable .pdf file. You can photocopy this and carry it in your wallet, pocket or glove compartment to give you quick access to your rights and obligations concerning police encounters.

* Be polite and respectful. Never bad-mouth a police officer.

In Your Home

3. If you are arrested, the police can search you and the area close by. If you are in a building, "close by" usually means just the room you are in.

We all recognize the need for effective law enforcement, but we should also understand our own rights and responsibilities -- especially in our relationships with the police. Everyone, including minors, has the right to courteous and respectful police treatment.

If your rights are violated, don't try to deal with the situation at the scene. You can discuss the matter with an attorney afterwards, or file a complaint with the Internal Affairs or Civilian Complaint Board.

It's funny how conservative radio etc.. portray the ACLU. Communists, right? When it comes to LEO violating our rights, it's the first person we call. As it goes, a liberal is a conservative who got caught with his dick in a sting.

1. You have the right to remain silent and to talk to a lawyer before you talk to the police. Tell the police nothing except your name and address. Don't give any explanations, excuses or stories. You can make your defense later, in court, based on what you and your lawyer decide is best.
2. Ask to see a lawyer immediately. If you can't pay for a lawyer, you have a right to a free one, and should ask the police how the lawyer can be contacted. Don't say anything without a lawyer.
3. Within a reasonable time after your arrest, or booking, you have the right to make a local phone call: to a lawyer, bail bondsman, a relative or any other person. The police may not listen to the call to the lawyer.
4. Sometimes you can be released without bail, or have bail lowered. Have your lawyer ask the judge about this possibility. You must be taken before the judge on the next court day after arrest.
5. Do not make any decisions in your case until you have talked with a lawyer.

In Your Home

1. If the police knock and ask to enter your home, you don't have to admit them unless they have a warrant signed by a judge.
2. However, in some emergency situations (like when a person is screaming for help inside, or when the police are chasing someone) officers are allowed to enter and search your home without a warrant.
3. If you are arrested, the police can search you and the area close by. If you are in a building, "close by" usually means just the room you are in.

We all recognize the need for effective law enforcement, but we should also understand our own rights and responsibilities -- especially in our relationships with the police. Everyone, including minors, has the right to courteous and respectful police treatment.

If your rights are violated, don't try to deal with the situation at the scene. You can discuss the matter with an attorney afterwards, or file a complaint with the Internal Affairs or Civilian Complaint Board.

They are a legal business that holds a current license to operate. You have done nothing wrong by going there. Now if by chance you happen to get a few "extras" while you are there, Uncle LEO can't prove it in court unless he actually saw it. All they are trying to do is intimidate you.

Its better to have a plan than to stand there with no idea on what to do. I figure theres always a way out if you have a decent plan A-B-C. Nobody wants to end up in the steelbar hotel thats for sure.
