The insurance company will reimburse the doc so essentially you have a credit line when you come in to cover your massage. Insurance covers 60% or so after your deductible is met. I have gone there and got "free" massages and also asked for my money and he paid me out. Frankly, I don't see the big risk with fraud - since you do get a legitimate (or intimate) massage. The extras are extra.
