The first time we made an appointment, then she called back 20 minutes later and said she had to take her grandma to the hospital. I said no problem, take care of that and we'll do it another time. Today we made an appointment, I started over there and she called while I was on the way to ask if I could delay 15 minutes. I said sure. When I called at the new time, no answer after several tries. The place was on Market, kind of sketchy.
