I stopped by Golden Sunny this past Sunday early afternoon for the first time. Overall a great experience with couple cons and a few laughs. The therapist was CiCi, decent looking enough, she could of been 30 or 50, very hard to tell age with the Asians.

CiCi started out by asking if I wanted hard or medium, I said hard, she replied with OK medium, haha. On a side note, I was asked the same question at jasmines awhile back, opted for hard and I left feeling like I was jumped by several guys with baseball bats, so medium was probably the way to go anyhow. The massage by CiCi was excellent, exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Quality teasing before the flip which really added to the overall experience. So many just do the massage and mechanical ending, I like to be already 'there' on the flip and CiCi accomplished just that.

The finally was excellent, she sat down, got close and edged for 10-15 minutes which made for a great release. Two cons for the visit. First, I had to tell her to go easy on the nuts as she was mashing the shit out of them and second, roaming was allowed without question but I think she was wearing armor under the spandex and shirt, the panties were thick granny style and bra felt like a bullet proof vest. She ended with an awesome face / neck / scalp massage that was so good I upped the tip.

That's almost verbatim the ad that Golden Sunny used to run. Given that Delmar considers itself "hoity-toity", my guess is this place won't last long, once they catch wind of it, similarly to how quickly Rose-something closed in Loudonville.

Is Golden Sunny still around, or did they move?

Still around; most recent reviews at another site not too good.

My last 2 visits there were with a woman who was not very accomodating, and and somewhat reluctant to go back now although it does seem like its kind of luck of the draw regarding who you get. Did have around 3 very good visits there before the last 2.

The woman who answered seemed pleasant enough and her English was pretty good. I drove down to take a look as I was able to get out of work early today. No massage. I just wanted to check it out. There's a flashing neon sign in the window for Blue Ocean Spa. So that's what they're calling themselves.

I walked in and was met by three women. All in their 30s, I think. They were very pleasant. Asian but I don't know specifically the nationality and thought it would be rude to ask. As Bdbear7 said, it's $70 / hour and $50/20 minutes. No table shower, just massage.

It's located on the ground level of a medical building. You'll see the blinking neon sign in the window on the side of the building. Don't worry, all the physicians are up on the 2nd level. Out of sight.

Even though I live an hour away, I had to be in the Delmar area anyway so I took one for the team and tried it.

The address is a medical business building and has a legit massage studio in back, so I thought I missed it. As I was driving away, I notices the flashing "OPEN" sign on the side. Since it was 9:00PM, I thought that must be it.

When I went in I saw a mamasan, a surley looking papasan and 2 girls I recognized from Golden Sunny. So I thought things were looking up! No so.

The massage was OK, but on the flip she took my hand and put in position for a DIY job. I said "No. You do it!) She said "New Open. Boss scared" and started looking around. I'm not into self abuse and she wasn't going within 6" of the twigs & berries and kept a towel on me the whole time and acting genuinely scared. Since I knew her from another place (and I'm memorable at 6'7".300# and bald as a cue ball) and she recognized that my name isn't LEO, I have to assume that the papasan was putting some fear into her.

I'm betting that the delmar cops shut this place down before the rules relax.

I visited this place twice now, two days in a row. I recognize one of the ladies from Golden Sunny, but would have have pegged her age at well over 40. I have only seen two girls there at a time and the papasan running around and literally still building the place around you. Get ready for some hammering and sawing to accompany your Asian music, at least if you visit soon.

As for the location, the previous posts do a fine job explaining it. All I can add is that the parking is out in the open and the part of the lot you'll be in is not shared with any other business. So, people will know what business you're visiting if they recognize your car. Not all of us care about that type of thing, but some do.

The set up of the interior reminds me a lot of Golden Sunny, but not as dank. The smell is fresh paint, which, while not great, is better than mold.

The rate is. 7 for an hour. I did not ask about the half. Massage was from the same woman each time. As I said above she looks to me to be well over 40, long black hair in a pony tail, thin, probably under 120lbs, breasts a large be cup. Teeth straight but yellowish with big gums. She wore stretch pants both times, but not the armored type. They were pretty sheer and she wore lace panties underneath.

How do I know that, you ask? Well, OTC roaming was certainly allowed during the whole massage both times. Anytime I could get a feel in it was permitted. For her part, the teasing was top notch. Tons of incidental contact and a great session of soft touches in the right spots just before the flip. The massage itself was pretty good. Typical asian style. She did not ask if I wanted soft, medium or hard, but I would classify it as medium. Some parts of the session were draped, but most of the time there was no draping.

On the flip there is ample teasing again but the finale is DIY. I was given the same line about "Just open, can't do." I made myself happy both times while she teased. I tipped. 3 both times.

It was mentioned twice in recent posts that the women-at least two of them-are from Golden Sunny. Do you remember their names? Mary, MiMi, CiCi? Any of these ring a bell? I always wondered what happens to these women. It seems they are here for a couple of months and then gone-never to be seen or heard from again.

Basically the 'owners' of the women move them around frequently preventing bonds with coworkers making them easier to control. It's a whole different world behind the scenes.

I just got back from my first visit with Chocolate and here are the details for my visit:

Opted for the 30 mins as I was in a rush and didn't want to stay for the full hour if I wasn't having a good time.

Damages where 100 + 20 Tip. Seems a little steep to me.

She was topless and in a G-String the whole time.

Location isn't the best for me, but is clean.

Massage was just a relaxing rub (but good) not a real massage.

Lots of teasing and she took her time for the ST.

Roaming upstairs was encouraged. No idea about roaming below as I like to take things slow with a new provider.

Got the feeling more would be available on future visits.

She was better looking than the photos in her ad and she wasn't flaky at all (nice change for me).

All in all a good time if not a little pricey. I guess you get what you pay for.
