You just described most of the girls downtown.

The only guys that pick up the majority of the girls downtown are guys that need glasses due to bad eyesight, but are far to stubborn to get said eyeglasses. So they can't see how nasty looking the girls they are picking up really are.

The action on PCH is nada but I ride it allot because of buisness.

The action on LBB and Fig is hit and miss. Sometimes it is bangin and other times it is barren wasteland..not a soul walking around. You can usually find 5-6 quality more realiably on LBB but you get better overall looking girls on Fig imo. You can always find the old crack ****** on Fig or Broadway (the road on other side of 110 from Fig) but that is not my type. Funny seems B/W always is pulling over the good looking girls but they seem to leave the old crach ****** alone.

I have not been to Pomona area at all in about 2 months so I can not speak on that action.

Hit Harbor in OC about 3 weeks ago. There was about 5 girls, 3 in one group, I would consider 7. Maybe better but they were being hounded hard by B/W so I did not get close enough to see anything except their general appearance and curves. Not really sure what happened here, but I took a cruise through JW on Friday night around 7 pm, not much out at all, and then out of nowhere I see this hot latina wearing black pants, a white shirt, and a grey sweater. Just to touch on a few things you said, First I never cruise Downtown either way to dirty of an area, way to open and there is no quality, homeless, crack and heroin addicted chicks who harbor disease more often then not doesn't float my boat.

Century is so dead I would swear the Inglewood P.D. & LA Sheriffs are stopping All females period s/w or not, they really cleaned it up, with no regard for mongers or the s/w's they put up the closed sign, and it has stayed closed..

Lbb Is a lot worse of an area, I know a lot of guys say oh no, but I am sure they are one Wrong turn away from a bad scene, Not to say Fig is a nice area, or all that much better, but On LBB, there are more robs and more gangs and more pimps and more drug dealers.

I have always thought about going to San Diego to check out the action, I check the board every now and again, and it is a lot of fun to check out the Action in unknown areas, Hunts Point in NY would be a nice trip, but the action is so off and on everywhere I only check areas that I am going to be in anyways, unless I make a trip to fig lbb etc, gas is just to expensive.
I have checked areas in Vegas & other states, but the first sign of LE, I am usually gone unless there is good action I can't turn down.

Most likely nothing would come of it but since you only doing it for curiousity why take a chance this may be one of the times someone really does not want a witness to what they are doing.

San Diego:
The quality of action has been really poor for the past month or so. There was a shooting in early August on ECB, which really screwed things up.I still find it hard to believe that there is not better action in such a large county as LA.
