The problem with the gonorrhea resistance is that the hardest area to treat is the throat. Compared to the lady part, the pharynx has lower concentrations of ceftriaxone when given as a treatment.

Moreover, I have been monitoring young women and noted that very few of them have tonsillectemies these days as compared to the old days and thus the tonsils provide a hiding place for bacteria which are then transferred to the hobbyist's unit during contacts.
