I know many of you have had terrible experiences with the little young curly-haired blonde that hangs out a lot 26th and Madison. I've dealt with lots of people with genuine medical mental impairments, and keeping things positive and mellow goes a long way for me.

She was acting nuts at that time, no idea why the guy picked her up with how she was acting.

Found my old report, two years ago:

Saw a frizzy haired young skinny blonde / redhead at the gas station 26th and broadway VERY clearly working and drugged out hard, waving to every passing car. She got in an argument with a guy in a car at the gas station after she approached him, I didn't see how it ended as the light changed. But then I saw her further up 26th I'd say around Cedar or so, she flagged a guy down and was heading to his car so I pulled over to observe because I'm nosy. She got in, then they started physically fighting and she jumped out holding something and the guy opened his door as she ran away but changed his mind, shut it and drove off.
