She got real busy as the day continued but told me that she couldn't get anyone to dance her when she made her first pass through the club at 3:00. I'm guessing it just depends on the day you pick as to which of these two might suit your taste. I have only been to 2 clubs as early as 2:00 on a Saturday. Follies had its normal good crowd and Strokers used to have 5-6 on the floor by this time (no longer). Perhaps one of the senior members can tell us which clubs have the most activity at the earliest time on Saturday?

Hey everyone. First time poster (in a while that is) but long time listener. Precovid I was glad to have met up with many of you at our beloved Follies. I became a regular there with first name basis with many dances, the entire bar and security staff. Man I miss clubs but wanting to get back into the swing of things. My question is this, of the clubs now open, are mask an acceptable thing or is it few and far between. Honestly I've loved the extra anonymity to be honest. Been hitting the streets but stripclubs is where my little friend comes alive. Appreciate the info in advance.

P.S. - anybody up for a day exploring at a club let me know. Since working for home I like to get in early since I make my own schedule and have to do the family thing in the evenings. Cheers in advance and happy hunting!

Been to strokers in August 2020, and follies day shift December 2020. During those experiences, most of the support staff (95%) were wearing masks, 1 dancer and zero customers.

S. C. 8-10 visits since March 2020.2 different clubs. Saw 1 dancer and 1 group of customers wearing masks. Too be honest I do not think anyone will care one way or another. As long as you tipping, they are stripping. Please report on your experiences, stay safe.

I would guess they're all at the same place but no where I haven't seen them anywhere else I frequent. The only places I have left to check are the old babes and maybe peaches of ATLANTA. Anyway I'm primarily a wax visitor at this time due to the garbage talent at other olaces. It's also possible they all scammed their way into some cash and took some time off. The PPP scams are popping off everywhere right now and we all know strippers love them some scams.

To my understanding uncle joe is going to start sending 250-300 a month per kid under 18 starting in July till December. Toss in 1,400 per person in the house with the recent checks. Tax refunds, ppp, no evictions, unemployment, only fans, and 13 other government sources, I would suspect it will thin out the stripper population. I think there will be only two types in the club. Those that are driven enough to realize there is plenty of money that can still be made in the club and that have a demon problem that needs to be fed. As long as uncle joe has rent, the phone, door dash the nail lady and the weed man paid off, stripping is becoming less and less appealing. The club I am most familiar with (Nikitas in Welford, Sc) was the busiest I ever saw it on a Wednesday earlier this month. They had more customers in the club. By 830 then they would have had all night. Just 2 years ago. They have increased the minimum number of dancers per shift. To minimum. Of 7 but usually have 10 , now vs 5 in the past. I saw more incidents of dudes making it snow / rain in the last 3 visits then I have in the last 19 years. Despite how bad they say the economy is I think dudes have money to spend and with covid injections rolling out. Dudes will have the confidence to go to the club. I think it will unfortunately be a sellers market. Higher prices, fewer dancers, less options. There is a club in Charlotte that now charges 40 bucks at door for " non club members" good luck! YMMV.

LOL.[/QUOTE]We can keep blaming gov aid on issues with adult businesses, but a quick look back at posts from several years ago shows increasing complaints about provider quality / quantity. I agree on the two most likely dancer types (a small number making big bucks, and drug-driven addicts), but it was happening pre-COVID.

Geez, come on - most people do not have more money than pre-COVID (only winners are top 15 percent and those with heavy investments).
At the end of the day, the total direct aid most people will get isn't enough to support them (for example, $120 a month, which the stimulus checks average, is nice but is not going to have a major impact). Adult business quality will come back when the financial, emotional, and health-related benefits of the business itself outweigh the negatives. Otherwise, most quality girls will continue mix of camming and straight jobs, leaving only some part-timers who show up every so often, a few superstars, and mainly those who have to support their habits.

At Diamonds a month ago, employees wear them, many of the dancers had them on their face but must below the chin and none while dancing for a patron unless the patron was also wearing one. But remember that Diamonds is close quarters, if it has a decent crowd, you are rubbing shoulders with others.

Gold Rush, last time there was January and bar tenders were wearing them, MGRs / Bouncers were hit or miss, dancers were except when dancing for a patron unless the patron was also wearing one.

We finally got a competent President in the White House.

The $1400 checks will disappear pretty quickly. The eviction moratorium will end by Memorial Day and most dancers will be forced to pay up and might even owe back rent, which is all the more reason to scurry back to the clubs for cash.

I do agree that two main factors why girls become strippers is the profit-to-working hours ratio and feeding a habit. Every girl with a sexy body knows by age 18 that she can use that body like an ATM machine in various ways, whether it's stripping, escorting, or finding some guys who are stupid enough to give her money and gifts because they might be boyfriend material. That has always been the case and will never change. Plus, women have egos just like men and walking around in a frumpy Starbucks uniform doesn't put boners in guy's undies like a silk G-string will. Pretty girls will always feel good knowing they make a fella hot and bothered with lust, or otherwise they wouldn't spend so much money on makeup and clothes. Feeding a drug habit is also self explanatory and we all know stimulus checks won't fund that kind of hobby for very long.

Just be patient and relax. The good times are coming back. I even predict Follies will be back in operation by Labor Day.

I pretty much agree with your review of the Platinum. It's about the closest thing to Follies, which doesn't mean it matches the level of quality and fun that Follies was famous for.

In particular, I don't like how small the club is and how tiny the parking lot is. Follies parking was not ideal either but still way better than dealing with the insanity of Platinum, and was actually easy during early day shifts. I think I'm only going to take Uber or Lyft to Platinum from now on to avoid the hassles of trying to find a place to park.

I'm glad to hear the billiards table to the right was replaced with couches. It's basic common sense that patrons come into the club for pussy, ass, and tits, not to play pool.

I hope more white and Asian dancers show up at Platinum, but I ain't holding my breath. It's always been a black club and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

The Inside of this club has been described multiple times by various contributors. The major difference I observed while there since my last visit was that the pool table by your immediate right is gone and replaced by multiple couches. I arrived at this club around 7:30 PM & didn't leave until closing time around 2:45 AM.

Entry fee on this particular night was $20.

I got multiple dancers from various strippers and there were some truly memorable ones.

Something to be aware off seems that from 8:00 PM until closing time this particular club turns into a Make it Rain club & it can be difficult to get a hot dancer attention if you're not blowing a bag.

Overall music theme is HipHop / Rap with mostly Black dudes throwing stacks upon stacks on dancers.
