There are only two areas around town that seem to be only luke warm. Everything else is hot asf. I would stay away from 14-75 for the next few years. I think that cluster has come and gone. The 94-Merriman cluster has a nice climate. I have been to HoJo's, La Quinta and Rodeway in the past few months out there. 96-Telegraph is nice and cool, too. The girls out there are usually not the best, though. If you are in the Macomb / Oakland area, the 94-Merriman trek isn't that bad. On the freeway it is just 15-20 extra minutes over going to 14-75. I am willing to waste 30-40 minutes if it puts me at less risk.
