You have a point, but is Gabriella willing to give discounts if she couldn't show up or showed up late? I think not and I find that a big turn off. Look, when it comes to collecting no show fees, if you are only passing by and you don't plan to have her as a regular, then she can't collect anything, as long as you don't prepay a portion of the donation. However, if you are a regular, you may have some financial derangement with her and if that is the case, collection is not out of the question.
