I don't think it was Popular Foot Spa but it was south of Lawrence snd before Irving Park on the east side of the street.

If you do a search on maps use 14th and Michigan for SXL and Grand and Racine for WR. You'll see they are within 1. 5 miles. They are in good neighborhoods.
I can personally vouch for Kelly at West River and wrote a review. It has been reported that JuJu, who left SXL some days ago, is now at WR a couple days per week. She has had very good reviews (I have not met her).
