And yes, they do have a TS there. The manager is definitely not clueless as she has 2 other spas she is managing.

From the closure to her picking up eye candy up NYC. Started out ok, traffic in a bad location and then license issues. Once neighbors got wind of the going ons, and the constant bumping into others coming and going. The new Dulles location. The TS was there and the last time I visited during the reopening it was no TS available but they were working on it. Definitely a let down.

Location important but for years we have seen outfits survive in the craziest places. Greasing palms, knowing right contacts, and being seen as competition can end alot of business that are not in the inner circle of how things work around here.

Seems alot of financial effort for a quick sale in just over half of year there. And the closure.
