I think there may be some cross talk where one is mentioned and then a reply from someone about the other not realizing it's 2 Sandra's.
Unless someone knows they are one and the same, I doubt it. I've been seeing the CL one for several years and she has plenty of business without having to travel to a spa on the side.
To confirm, you can leave happy but she is also selective. Tread lightly but say what you want without being demanding. IMHO, worth the drive.

But, the photo is the not the same Sandra from Mandela. I'd be curious about the one in Sterling though and please PM me with the details. It's an hour drive. The only ones that I traveled that far was Kathy from Leominster and another one in Worcester (can't remember the name). She was an older MILF / GILF, was like Kathy. But, not as strange. Coincidentally I bumped into her at Market Basket about 6 months ago. She waived and said hi. I asked where she's been and she told me to call, not text. I have called her about once a month and nothing. I'm assuming she out of the bus. But if someone knows different please let us know.
