Man, if knew in college what I know now, LOL! Back then and the first five years or so out of college, I was all about the bulk! Now I know the fastest way to make a girl drop her panties is the "rip" not the size! I've been doing the P90X workout for the past several months. I am in twice the shape now that I was back in the day, when I was all about working out! Again, wished I'd've been clued in then, LOL!

Crossfit is a program that uses mulitple dynamic movements using kettleballs & other equipment, and body weight. Alot of mulit dynamic movements blasting every single muscle. Something they similarly used to train the crew of the movie "300"

NOW, gonna be 48, body tighter and better shape I have ever been in. Now got a pretty good 6pack going, and now I don't mind taking my shirt off at the beach, and truthfully, with the hookups, ahhhh lovin it. Even when I saw Apple, she was all smiles & rubbed the packs. Lovin it, again, saw Lia off by the table, SHE LOOKED REAL GOOD 2me, but again, right up my alley.
