Looking at the crazy enthusiasm from all of you deprived gents, I suppose I'll wait a few weeks to take the drive to Warren. When I was younger I'd plan an entire afternoon and hit my favorite 3 one after another. Those days are over (for me and the spa population) ! Stay Safe, and don't wear them out please!!

I think there is a big variation on these places operate depending on whether the local government cares or not. My favorite place, just outside of Dayton, reopened two weeks ago. I wore a mask. They greeted me wearing a mask, took my temp. ,and invited me to use hand sanitizer. Once I was in the room, it's like there was never a pandemic. No mask, no gloves, no attempt to distance. I was actually a little shocked. I made sure that I was the first client of the day so everything would be as clean as it was going to be. I was not asked for any contact information. No sign in. I'm afraid they will get shut down, but so far, it's business as usual. Maybe they figure the health department is so busy with other things, like pools and restaurants, that hey are down the list.

Keep up appearances when the door is opened, but back in the room it will be same old same old.
The sleazier strip clubs (look at the akron thread) are already operating the same way, as I and a few others, can personally report.

Has anyone been about to get in touch with mama to find out the roster when it opens Sunday?
Does anyone know if, and when, the Sunny Spa will open. Or are they closed for good?
Sharing unsubstantiated intel gleaned from two fellow mongers, neither a USG member but both in the region and active on another board.
Both claim having spoken with MMS, Lisa, and believe the new lineup will include two familiar faces: Candy and Pepsi, and a new girl. Cherry will not return as a regular (or possibly at all) as she is now living in the Virginia area.
I wouldn't stake my life on the above, I wouldn't affix my signature if, say, requesting a FISA warrant. We shall soon find out.
