If there is a best practice qua mongering, it's probably like any other hobby - indulge as you will within the constraints of your own financial and safety comfort level, and don't care what the other guy is doing. If you feel a need to manage other mongers' hobbying experience, here's an idea - start your own AMP or service. Ship girls in from S. America and run them out of some apartments for a fair price. Do that, say "Yo, Ozy, I have Gold Spa quality girls here for Ocean prices" then sure, you've got my attention. Pretty simple.
