If you're worried about it, take your own sheet or towel to lay on and tell them you have sensitive skin or allergies. It's not that hard. Probably the biggest concern I'd have would be if someone ahead of you had something like pinkeye or ringworm that's highly contagious. That would be a problem. But outside of that there's not a lot to worry about, and again if you're worried, take your own table covering. If taking something from home would raise suspicions, find something at the dollar store or even a cheap towel from Target that you can use a few times and toss so you don’t have to explain why this towel suddenly showed up in the laundry.

Do you visit your doctor once in a while and fess up that you did some naughty things, and ask for some tests? I am no doctor. Since that unfortunate episode with a gynecological exam (just a joke.
