So many good options in Van, because of Canadian laws. I'd recommend skipping the massage fronts all together, since there's no need (due to the more lax laws), and just go straight to escorts. That being said, if you're intent on the massage, there are a tonne of great options, mostly concentrated in Richmond. Off the top of my head, you have Atlantis spa, a bit grimier than other places but there's always at least 5 girls working that will come introduce themselves to you before choosing one. Just down the street from there you have Swan Lake spa. Sasa beauty spa, out towards Burnaby on Kingsway.
If you're like me though, I'd recommend just finding the independent providers. My go to process involves two sites. Leolist to find the ads, and then search for reviews using phone number and / or name from leolist on perb. Cc. I would only ever make appointments with well reviewed girls since I wasn't interested in ever TOFTT. From there it's just a matter of texting and setting up a time. There are also some direct agency websites. Asianfever is one, my personal favourite is cococollective. Slightly more than other places but hotter girls and with the USD / CAD conversion it's still pretty reasonable.
Speaking of money conversion, addressing your question on that, the absolute best place to exchange currency to get the highest rate (assuming you don't have a Canadian bank account) is at any of the Vancouver bullion and gold exchange. You can go straight in with USD cash, and walk out with CAD cash.

When doing so, if the ATM presents your CAD withdrawal as an USD-equivalent amount, decline it. The exchange rate they use is nearly always worse than your bank's.

They might even have a membership, if not they can always get the same info by using the advanced search button. I was freaked out when the ads for some sites openly advertised BBBJ and other services along with pictures that left no questions about what they were offering. I have not seen any of them hit yet. This site would be a rather minor source of information for them. The people at Rubmaps pay for the ability to post there, Here we do it for free. That means it would be easier for a braggart to make false claims here since he would have nothing to lose.

Very rude demanding tips after too. If you aren't going to do an amazing massage and want more money, increase the house fee. Would highly advise against going here (just my take).
