"Maintain accurate appointment and walk-in records.
Including date and time of service, name of client, and contact information to assist in contact tracing".

If anyone thinks this is going to open the way it was prior to the closing -you have another thing cumming. Personally. Even if it is I am going to wait it out until a month or so goes by and see how things are both with the AMP's and to also see if this CVD is amping back up as a result of re-opening everything.
