Then she told me an interesting story. She's trying to get back on BP, but previously she was charging between 80 and 120 but had to give up 80% of her earnings to some girl handler who lodged and fed her but kept her all drugged up and beat her often with a belt. She said it took her a lot to break free of that hoe and her also-pimp BF. So she now prefers to live in the dive with Dee and at least she gets to keep all her earnings and just pays a small rent.

Out of curiosity I asked her about her BP experience and she told me a few things I wanted to share with you. First she said some of the Okeechobee area hotels are working with LEO and some pimps in order to catch mongers. She mentioned specific notels in that area which we all know well but I'll refrain from listing (you be the judges). This another reason why she preferred to get out of BP aside from the girl handler. Another reason she mentioned was all the new young hoes offering deals from 40 to 60 which took the floor outtah the market. She said at those rates it's impossible to compete, so she cut out the overhead and the handler and is making more turning 40 dollar tricks than when she was doing it for 100. Go figure, the hoe actually made business sense. Obviously you have to take everything she says with a grain of salt, but I actually enjoyed our after-banging little talk. Here's another picture of her, not the best in the rating game but not bad either. At least she washes herself LOL and smells pretty good actually. I did get satisfaction from all the previous overpayment LOL, and maybe I'll go back for more until my ATF returns from her fuck fest in Cancun. This time I made sure to get digits, and will share with trusted Senior mongers who I like. Monger on gentlemen.

You never check your real FB with the hobby phone so no link with girls can happen. Never check anything from your real life, or make calls, browse internet with old accounts, etc.

The days of OT as we know it are numbered. So if you're into the skanks with dirty feet and filthy nails who populate the area, get your fill while you still can for it will soon be over (in years of course). And if you have some funds stashed away do consider buying real estate there. I myself am in the process of acquiring a property in the area before prices get out of control. Imagine that, poor old stingy Mundo a property owner in OT; who would have thought LOL. Closing is in two weeks if all goes right.

I've owned 3 pieces for a while until I sold 1 of them last year. I still can't believe the parties weren't on drugs since they payed me 10 x what I payed only 18 months before. I figured since they wanted it so bad and so quick something would happen right away. Nothing! It's been almost a year now and the property is exactly the same as when I owned it. It's not my business what there plans are but I know there's only a few options because of the zoning laws.

My other 2 properties are a little larger and I've had a lot of interest in 1 of them but the other 1 I've had no bites at all. Maybe I'll have to start putting up some tents to draw the girls there since it's paid for and not costing me nothing but property taxes. Maybe put up a sign"Squatters Welcome"BAHAaaaaaa. Yeah, I invest in other areas of Dade and Broward but I stayed away from OT because of the neighborhood as I prefer less crime ridden areas and not having to deal with evictions and such. But seeing what's happening in that market I decided to take the plunge so here I go. Figured I'd get in now before it blows up. The way I look at it I'm better off investing in RE than giving it to the hoars LOL.
