The Police are already convinced before they stop you after visiting an AMP that you're guilty whether you talk or not. An unprofessional cop may try to intimidate you or write a ticket for every little thing they can, but that's a much better alternative to being arrested and booked on soliciting charges!

Most encounters are video taped nowadays on body cams so the cops have to watch themselves more. The police will think you did something illegal at the AMP (even if you did not), so there is nothing you can say to help yourself. If you are intimidated and make admissions, the cop might charge you with soliciting, something much, much worse than what they stopped you for.

To me that is all the more reason to be silent and not give them the satisfaction. Most cops are not going to risk losing their job over a misdemeanor with a guy who just got his carrot snapped at an AMP. If it's obvious you won't cave in, they will give up, write whatever tickets they can and let you go so they can try and get the next one to talk.

Come to find out, one of our local girls was picked up in St. Augustine, but not for hobby related activities, per usual. Anyway, a cop saw her jump out of a car and run, he followed her, alerting another cop of the possible make and model of the vehicle from which she had jumped from. The police caught up to the driver on 95 south after a short, but high speed chase. They handcuffed him and asked questions. His only remarks were "she's a prostitute and she stole $200 from me. " She said nothing when asked about the driver. They searched his car and found nothing. They let him go with a speeding ticket for doing 84 in a 70 mpg zone. Saying nothing is always better than the alternative. If I were stopped after leaving an AMP, I would comply with their request to provide my identification and insurance / registration information. If they asked what I was doing in the AMP, I would simply reply, "You have my identification and insurance / registration information. " I would repeat that ad infinatum until they released me even if they gave me some kind of traffic ticket. As a side note, it appears from the latest news that Robert Kraft's attorneys are attempting to get his case thrown out of court based on an illegal vehicle stop.

I thought to myself I should get this over with so I pulled in to the nearest convenience store and walked over to the phone booth. I told the girl I was going to deny everything and she should do the same. Of course, he pulled in and blocked my vehicle. When I walked back to the car he had her out of the car talking to her and motioned for me to stay on my side of the car. Another cop pulls in and comes over to talk to me. Then they switch. I was told she confessed everything and the best thing for me to do was to rat on her to get a lighter treatment myself. I stuck with my denial story and said I didn't know what they were talking about. They ran my plates and came back to tell me they knew my car was paid for and it would be impounded and I probably wouldn't get it back. I stuck with my denial story and didn't budge. I'll admit it was intimidating and I was scared as hell that I was a breath away from being hauled in and charged. They kept me for almost an hour after searching me and my car. They finally came over and told me I could go even though they knew I was guilty they couldn't charge me. She was arrested because they found a crack pipe in her jeans pocket. It was an awful experience that I hope to never have to go through again. But I learned the denial approach can work if the other person doesn't fuck it up.

There are just too many things that were done beyond the scope of the law. The state may be enjoying the publicity now, but if it goes to trial, they are going to get it handed to them and look incompetent. They disguise the investigation as a trafficking operation and charge no one with that even though the detectives observed multiple girls being shuttled by ARMED MEN? The judge re wrote the warrant that said monitoring only the police had no right to the video and the local sheriff said it was an oversight and the did not see the changes made by the judge on the warrant. So no video in court that case and all who don't take a plea deal will be dismissed.

They can even make up stories about evidence they don't have to get you to confess. They can even put you through a fake lie detector test and tell you that you failed. They can tell you they have a fingerprint and DNA match when they don't. They can tell you they will let you go or intercede with the judge in your case to give you a light sentence--when they know they won't. They can tell you pretty much anything they want. It's all legal. They can't threaten you with physical violence or torture--the judge would see that as creating a high probability for you to make a false confession.

What happens in court won't change a thing. I can not believe everyone shut down because of this. All they had to do was change their tactics / habits and make sure they recognized the regulars and be Leary of anyone new. Let's move on.

Does anyone have the contact info or know the current location of Tracy or any of the other girls from Golden Gate? If someone has Tracy's info please PM me. Also is there any update on Cherry Blossom reopening? I plan on driving by tomorrow to see if anything is going on.

Cherry Blossom is already open, I talked to them on the phone last week and I went there and sat in the parking lot for 60 minutes at least. Not one person Entered or left. I did notice that I was not the only person sitting in the parking lot facing the door. There was another gentleman in a truck a few spots down that was there before me and stayed after me.

Colonial Drive, and has no parking that faces any door. The Bumby building is a converted residential building (house) with half a dozen parking spots in the back (what would have once been the "back yard"), none of which face the back door entrance to the place.

However, the "Cherry Blossom" located in the 400 block on State Route 436 (Semoran Blvd) in Casselberry is a storefront in a two-story retail commercial building with a parking lot out front, where one could park facing the door and even be "a few spots" down from other cars parked there. The Casselberry Cherry Blossom has already been generally reported to be a dud (as in "don't waste your time and money there") and is in no way, nor ever was, affiliated with the "Legendary" Cherry Blossom on North Bumby Ave. So, if you were at the Casselberry location, which fits your description of your parking situation, then the general consensus has been that you don't bother to go in at all.

So, has anyone ventured into the North Bumby Cherry Blossom location since it has risen from it's ashes?
