I doubt many of the 9-VIP girls are under 30. The most similar nearby experience would be some of the Greenbelt spas, but most are well over 30 and it will be more expensive than 9-VIP. You might get lucky with one of the Chinese condo places, but you will probably have to try several places before you find a young provider. There are a few younger providers scattered around USA.
I've given up looking for young. I'm more interested in a decent looking provider that provides good service.
