Patterns and Common Denominators
Try this link:

Then go down to "Supporting Information" and click Business Affairs and Consumer Protection Hearing Schedule. Once there click Upcoming Hearings. They used to have hearings just about every day but now it seems they're having them only 2 (maybe 3) times per week, so pay close attention to the dates. I just checked the latest schedule and only 1 MP was listed for September. Zenobia's, which is already closed.
Also on the page with Upcoming Hearings, if you look to the left, you will notice a section called Hearings and Disciplinary Actions. Click that area, and it will direct you to a list of all businesses that have had their licenses revoked. For MPs (Massage Estasblishment) , click on Non-Liquor and scroll down to Massage Establishment. Currently it shows all revocations as of August 1, 2012.
I hope this helps.
Watch for patterns and common denominators. The City is very systematic on how they enforce the law. As you all already know. If they appear to be overly selective just remember, this is Chicago!
