On a somewhat related topic, I was to your fair City last fall and was privileged to see two of your locals make the beast of two backs under the trees between the parking lot for a Catholic Church and the parking lot for the old library building (that's now a law office) downtown Jacksonville. It was bright and sunny 4:00 pm and these two were absolutely oblivious to the rest of the world walking by. When they finally noticed me watching, they smiled at me. They even obliged when I asked the girl to flash me. She looked to be mid to late 30's and pretty rough. Not alot of teeth. The guy was of the same Tribe. I'd guess they called a local shelter home. I've tried to attach a photo of the spot that I pulled off Google Earth but I don't know if it will pull though because it's a pdf. If you use Google Earth, you can put in 30 degrees 19'39.12" and and 81 degrees 39'20.57" and that'll give you a good idea of the spot. It looks like an old gas station that the Church uses for a thrift store. Ya got to love the Catholics!
