Not Over Yet
I never got a chance to try these two.
Chin up, Frank, no need to be in a forever funk. I predict that Tiger. And probably Sunny. Will reopen. They may well be shutdown afterwards in the foreseeable, so if I'm right, get your licks (and other kicks) in asap.
FYI I'm in a similar boat with an AMP in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Girl (legend) named Michelle I wanted to nail. LEO has been active lately raiding a number of the spas in that area. Happened once before and they reopened. But this time, with the stupid one two punch of the virus, not sure they'll survive.
Here's hoping we get out chances!

Sad Info!
I texted with one of the spa mamas tonight and we talked about when she thought they may be up and running again. Her words, may be a very long time. She said she doesn't see the health department allowing them to reopen in the foreseeable future. If and when they do, she thinks there will be some restriction and record keeping that will have to be done that will hamper her clients. I can picture them enforcing the sign in sheet and wanting information logged with times, dates and I'd #s. I do know that I won't partake in true identity and creating a track record of my hobby. Sad to say, this is a definite game changer and I can see what the future holds not only in this hobby, but in our general way of life. My buddy owns a gym I frequent, does well is talking about not reopening at all. Liability issues and health department issues! Fellows times are changing!

I am also convinced that this area has / had the best AMP around. So the void for us AMP hobbyist will be a big one. If and when Tiger reopens -I really would prefer they move to a less visible location. I mean right there in Downtown Warren, may not concern some of you -but others of us, that have reason to be discreet. Would appreciate something a little less visible and with better hidden parking. Tokyo House. Back in the day, now that was a good set up. 76 is also good set-up. Just wishful thinking. In the meantime you can always watch AMP videos on YouPorn or Xhamster and reminisce.
You have to be smoking something. The area is no where I would deploy capital.
I'm not the one smoking something. I'd never develop that area either. It's a wasteland, as is all of Warren.

Wasteland

How about another dollar store or possibly a goodwill, a soup kitchen would be perfect. The empty building across the street is a ready to go crack house. In all seriousness the spas reopening have a thousand percent better chance than that property getting developed in my estimation. Are the spas going to reopen probably not, the good news is in the not to distant future there may be a home for sale with two oversized luxury bathrooms in it.

Invest in a" Wasteland", develop, free money, taxes, grants, if it works your"God", if it doesn't,your like the "DON"(LOL) bankrupt it, buy it back pennies on the dollar, you can't loose! You say, I say, but the true reality is they are gone! Soon! Because of the Virus, girls gone, money lost, Licences, But bet on this 100% : Who of us won't make the" cut," to be here to see? Hummm interesting dream?
Scary thought ".

Customers, sign in, drivers licences, photo, sheet number file, massage will be fully covered by a stile sheet. Massage girl, will wear gloves, mask, covered over all her exposed skin, Medical waste reg, in room sound video, camera, all messages will be tracked, filed! Do you really think a woman, running from her "X husband, family, kids" to make money, from China will do these things?
Normal? Interesting!

I frequented them often when I lived in Ohio.
Was not the area across from Sunny some sort of strip stores? The way strip malls are failing across the country it is hard to believe a developer would want to invest in a basically economically depressed area like Warren. If Sunny and the Tiger do not reopen in their current location they will probably relocate, and not that far away. Remember both local municipalities and politicians can be bought.
Oh lest I forget, I have to believe law enforcement also has a price.
Be Safe,

The city's goal is Zero spas. I guess I really don't understand why some think they can move across town or down the street. You need to understand how these licenses work and the limitations on location and transfer. There is no provision that will allow relocation. Again, why are the cameras there? Common sense will tell you, there is a problem and the city or state is positioning itself!
