City of San Diego Massage Ordinance: hours of operation.
Massage parlors are a police regulated business and would be risking their licenses if in violation of the below:
"It is unlawful for any responsible person to allow the establishment to be open between the hours of 12:00 am And 6:00 am All customers, patrons and visitors must be excluded from the premises during those hours. ".

Islands Thai is pretty much just a rub and tug.
Usually just the owner is working there, she's Chinese she speaks English pretty well I think she's a little plump but it still basically just a so so massage and a hand job with access to her boobs.

Escondido has Manae Thai massage and felecita spa, Manae I've gotten a Good thai massage and HJ, Felicita I've heard has a good Latina girl but every time I've tried to go I've yet to see her.
