Re-read the past couple weeks of the Warren MP thread and have to say that the exchange has been excellent, very valuable. We've identified a weaker provider at the Big Cat and received a much needed debrief on talent at Sunny (thanks to TheWeatherman). We've also shared our personal best practices for keeping valuables safe and even reminisced about being AMP rookies. I read a number of the USG forums and feel like the blokes on this forum really get it; kudos!
Candy was tied up so I saw Pepsi today. I had seen her in the past so I had no problems. BBFS, CIP.

I heard this from someone I know in the halls of the Warren city government.
The Spas are now or soon will be history.
The person who told me this is someone who has been on top of things for a long time. They told me that this corona thing is a perfect storm to get rid of what the city wanted to do anyways.
The city of Warren wants to develop the area where Tiger is. Apartment building and some shops. The Reeves building has been bought for $650,000 and the city wants the area known as the peninsula to be cleared of the buildings there and developed. So Tiger Spa, which is in the peninsula area will be no more according to the someone I know. You can see Tiger Spa in this report. As far as Sunny Spa goes. They told me that pressure from the Trump administration to end human trafficking is hitting the spa industry nationwide. There is attention being given to that Spa by the feds. What I was told was that there are issues that are being discussed between the city and the owner of the building.
The women who work there are either out of the country or have left the area. The person who told me this is usually very reliable.
It is what it is. This does not make me happy. I hope this time they are wrong.

"Human Trafficking" can, will be used by them (1 heading topic) to do several things under, with no problems by the Government, nationwide! BYE BYE AMPs!

People who are investing in that area around tiger are not going to follow thru on plans without some agreement with the City to get rid of the spa. As I told Sara, stop putting money into the building, it's a waste because the end is going to come and the property has zero value! The state has grant and loan programs that help redevelop these depressed areas and getting rid of undesirable entities is part of that program. Until then, protect yourself and don't get caught in the mix!

They where only able to function after the raids became sunny was in a building where they couldn't track patrons and tiger was closed during that time frame. The licenses will eventually become part of Warren's massage history.
