Around 2:30 pm, I was cruising through the side streets on C Ave and saw a WSW spinner, blonde hair, shoulder length. I've been with Vanna, and this wasn't Vanna. She waved at me, and I stopped to pick her up. There were a few problems, though. First, a mechanic was talking to someone else in a car, and they were both staring right at me. Normally, I'd say whatever, but this girl looked young. I'd guess maybe around 20, but anyone close to 18 scares the $* out of me. Also, she was high af and could barely walk, which is a no-go for me for a few reasons (someone that high can't give consent, and I don't want them to pass out or die in my car). I ended up driving away, but I'd love to pick her up the next time. Does anyone on here know her?

Didn't post since when I my first encountered her she mentioned she didn't walk a lot and it was the first time I had seen her out in well over a year. So when he left I decided to leave too because I didn't want him to see me there again if he came back later. So I took a couple of laps.
