This is so girls don't discuss shit about other agents and try to jump ship. Rule established by the agents because they were tired of girls jumping for less % rake by the agents which is understandable.
While spas do work with the same agents, if the place is bigger than they may have a more relaxed rule. PPC had similar issues a while back that one specific agent said fuck you to all girls and told them not to even talk to each other even if they are from the same agent. This is because girls were going Free Agent after some girl talked about how to become agent-less.
NYCSE is big different, some girls there tries to be Queen bee and gathers all of the newbies to give them rules about BBFS fees. Azu / Aya did this at NYCSE and raised the rate of BBFS there to $200 in or out for a while and some girls were going lower on the very DL.
