The only reason for a victim to wear the ankle monitor would be to alert her / or him that the problem person is in the vicinity. ( ex husband or crazy boyfriend. ) It's used as a warning device. There's also a GPS installed that notifies the local police department. They can get there in a hurry if they have to. They are only used in rare cases (domestic abuse crimes) etc.

I would think its that or she is wearing it because she is the problem and has to wear one for awhile.

On CL the w4 m casual encounter sections which have pics plus a written phone number in the ad are mostly providers. You can search for w4 m ads with the pic button selected then do a gallery view and click to find each one with phone numbers and call them. Most are CBJ though unfortunately.

I had tried one out from there earlier but it turned out to be a scam. Asked me to send the CL code to verify that I am real. Looks like they use the code to post scams using our ID.

You could try searching on the phone number and see if that comes up with anything. I also like to get a real-Email address to google. But. I would trust the gut on these too. I've gone ahead and passed on the last two, and I'm working a possible contact on a third that responded to my ad. She's off of Central and Northern, not to bad, and sent a pic. Seems legit.
